This is like fighting a bionic soldier from Skynet. WTF? This is way worse than Plasters. Plaster is drywall. Steel would smash right through that.
I'm surprised no opponent has actually brought this up. This is such an unfair advantage it's not even funny
Everybody needs to get a steel hand built in boxing. FOOK THAT SHYTE!

Looking through wilders knockouts I'd say he could do with some rods in his left hand cuz it's like a little girls punch compared to his right.
Yeah, and your boy could do with some rods in his chin :lol1:
Dumb threads like what? I barely post on here anymore. So those lame trolls posting vulgar stuff and nonsense are okay but my stuff is dumb.
Nah, their crap is garbage as well. I'm not speaking of anything recent, as I said in my original post that thread was made at least a year ago
Cause you guys say dumb stuff or make dumb threads often. Just my opinion, not meant as a diss.

Some dummy made this exact thread over a year ago, maybe Hectari or Maxi
Why you starting lies I never made no thread about Deontay having a metal rod in his hands
tard alert.
these are RODS. read the article. where did you dream up pins from?
Why do they have 12 oz AM gloves and 10 oz pro gloves? IT"S ONLY 2 OUNCES!
Yes it makes a difference.
At the highest level of fighting with that type of power even a little bit of weight makes a huge difference. Period.
The metal components don't just make his first heavier. They make his first HARDER. This is irrefutable. They also make them less prone to break. MEANING he can throw with wreckless abandon without as much worry about breaking them. This is not a natural advantage.
U got a link to an article with details? Anyone know which metacarpal he broke even? My brother broke a metacarpal beating a guy. The doctors said he had really dense bones. He drinks a ton of milk. He can legit punch. They put a “plate” in his hand screwed into the halves of each bone to get them to set straight. When u say “Rod” what shape design does that mean to you? Can’t actually be a cylindrical dowling? How does a rod work for a broken bone if it’s not screwed/pinned into the bone? U can replace the bone with a rod. I agree that any foreign item in the body in unnatural. But I don’t understand how u say “where’d u dream up pins?”. How does a piece of metal work without pins?! If there’s pins/screws going through the bone this makes the original bone weaker. There’s less bone now. Easier to break at the thinner areas over and under the screws. Usually u get the plate and screws removed. My brother never did. A doctor did say that if the bone and calcium form over the plate and screws after enough time, and u end up with even more bone, it could be stronger. But if Wilder broke it again and not another bone then maybe it isn’t stronger than it was? These things are also usually made with titanium. I bet there’s one 20th of the weight in his hand compared to a titanium watch. And they weigh nothing.

Rods? Lol, look more like paper clips. The only thing irrefutable is that someone took too many " HeadShots".

Rods? Watch this video! Looks more like paper clips to me. "Head Shots"? Perfect name, took too many!
Evidence of this? You can't just claim **** like this because the guy had brittle hands.
Typical Barrett response. Ignorance and naivete at it's finest. Get off your lazy british arse and do some research. Malignaggi had similar surgeries!
Renowned boxing hand specialist Dr. Steven Margles operated on Paulie at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Massachusetts.
“I was able to stabilize with minimally evasive treatment,” Dr. Margles explained. It was well stabilized with two pins for a slightly displaced fracture that was manipulated into a satisfied position. Paulie will be in a cast for six weeks.”
hes' a 215 lb man with small pins that weigh grams. you're incredibly stupid. all of you are. it's not a good look for your country. you are "dumb brits" from here on out and there's no coming back, at all from this.
this really is some of the dumbest **** i've read on boxingscene.

The debate in this one is PINS and RODS. Is weird that a professional Boxer can hit so devastatingly hard with 1 hand that has metal in it but his other hand hits as hard as a little girl.
you are not better off having broken hands with surgical repairs if you're a professional boxer dude. he literally dislodges them and has bent them in fights. they stick out of his skin. again, you're completely foolish if you think there's a therapeutic or physical advantage to having a broken hand.
those pins are titanium and they're in the hand of a man well over 200 lbs. they probably weigh a few grams.
let me guess
wilder didn't hit hard, according to you, until he started breaking chronically and having it repaired with surgery.
No one said they were therapeutic. We are talking about the increase damage they do.
They have running blades that make people able run faster than if they had their legs.

It is where the weight is disturbed.
Why do you think hammers are designed like they are?
And that extra rigidness makes a huge difference.
Throw a punch with a relaxed hand and tense hand, same swing but a very different power output.
Not sure, but any extra mass increases power, F=MA
And being less give, sturdier with increase the impact as less of it is absorbed.

Extra weight and the rigid mental creates more power.
Why are you denying this?
