I am not sure he beats Hunter, Ruiz .
Ruiz stopped Joshua, that is better than anything Wilder has done. Hunter has some solid hw wins and a draw against Povetkin.
It is not clear who is the best American hw, these guys should fight each other.
yeah man ...wilder is not good...he just keeps getting lucky
i mean....he boxed 26 rounds with two top 5 HWs and knocked them down 6x...he must be irish or have a horseshoe up his arse
take away wilders right hand and i think even charles martin would outbox him lol
Take away Floyd Mayweather right leg and I'm sure even Jeff Horn would out box him

take away a giraffes neck and it couldn't eat off certain trees, great logic

I reckon Wilder wouldn't taken out the Joshua Ruiz faced faster and without getting knocked down. And prime Stiverne is basically the same fighter as Ruiz. The ressemblances are almost uncanny.
And lol at Hunter getting a draw against a old post roid Povetkin
it wasnt Donald Trump he was visiting, it was the president of Mexico.
Yea so what many Mexicans don’t like Trump but His dad was talking about Andy investing his money in the family Business of flipping houses and it’s than when he said that Andy is a dual citizen he was born in Calexico California. Which makes him a US Citizen and parents who are Mexican born can apply for their kids to be dual citizens

I’d like to see those fights as well. We all know Wilder could have a chance in any fight with his hand speed and power, but here are my thoughts:
Michael Hunter is awesome, and one of my favorite young heavyweights. He will trouble Wilder with his high pressure style.
Andy Ruiz is not as good as Hunter IMO, but I think he has a good chin that if he can not take Wilder’s right flush on the chin, he should manage to see the final bell. If he can’t put together any good offense, though, I see the fight getting waved off with a dazed, smashed up Ruiz still on his feet.
Wilder still has a good jab it just wasnt as effective against Fury and Ortiz because theyre too awkward..
he avoids it against southpaws (Ortiz, Spilka) but he does have a very good jab. Jabbed Stiverne's head off in the first fight.
Wilder does seem to have become increasingly reliant on his right hand, perhaps because he simply can get away with it. But his jab used to be quite effective.
For example, in the Arreola fight Wilder broke his right hand and tore his right bicep early in the fight, and still stopped Arreola basically entirely with his jab from round 4-8.
Also, people don't remember this but up until the first Fury fight, Wilder was actually #1 in jab connect % (like 33% according to CompuBox). Recently he mostly paws and blinds with his jab to set up the right, but there was a time when Wilder's jab was sharp and accurate.

Ruiz's best wins:
1. Joshua
2. Liakhovich
3. Dimitrenko
Come on man. Wilder wasted Liakhovich in one round, left him twitching on the mat. Ruiz took him the distance the very next fight.

Ruiz range is too small, Hunter is physically too weak. Povetkin is too old, like Ortiz was. Wilder can be beat only by a strong big guy who will press him all the time and KO him or by a tall guy with a great technique who would simply outbox him and win by decision.
Honestly I think if Ruiz didn't get knocked out he easily outpoints Wilder. I know that is true for most of the top 10 but Ruiz has the best chin so it's more of a real possibility with him, I think anyway.

Ruiz and Hunter would both outbox the hell out of Wilder.... BUT....
I think Ruiz would have a far better chance... he would be able to get in and should be able to sustain the punches better.
Hunter would certainly box circles around Wilder... but he is too small and would end up KO'ed. Povetkin sent Hunter into the ropes with far less power.

Yeah, boxing doesn’t do that.
To find out who is the best competitor, you will have to watch ANY OTHER SPORT besides boxing, where they actually, like, compete head to head.
Boxing determines its champions by having its fans yell at each other on Internet message boards.
povetkin...lol...these dumb twats still think this povetkin guy is some elite win...he wasnt an elite win 6 years ago lol
oh you drew with a 40 year old povetkin? omg you might be able to beat wilder!
wilder would put povetkin on a stretcher at this point
then why hasn't he?
seriously in 40+ fights, why didnt wilder fight povetkin? i dont care about the meldonium ****. wilder has been around for yrs man. why the fk was wilder fighting audley Harrison when he was around 30-0 at the time?
who gets to 30-0 and fights bums? why wasnt wilder chasing down david haye, povetkin, chisora, the klitschkos, tyson fury etc?
don't forget wilder is 34. he's been a known name for at least 8 yrs.
btw if i said this to your face
eg
'so why didnt wilder fight anyone in all those yrs?'
would something magically happen? would you start crying? would you start quoting scripture? would you call al haymon on me?
