Hearn might not even be there to call the shots in the fall and will be busy setting up his own defense in the Whyte case... ;)
If only, but prob. protected guy.
I still see people on here don't get that Ruiz cant call the shots and does Ruiz realize VADA would have passed Whyte because they cleared him and have less strict testing so he would just let cheating be more probable ? Honestly hope he incites a legal battle so you guys can finally get it on here when he losses. Ha

Failing to meet the contract and be tied up to Hearns terms would force the bodies to not only fine Ruiz but lose a belt if not all of them .There is no set amount or percentage you are making things up with this alt. How it works is Ruiz would have pay out whatever revenue he is costing Joshua for holding him up and I promise you its a hefty cost and could be fined by the day if a judge decides to hit Ruiz with that on a civil lawsuit .
Standard rule of thumb.
2.5 times compensatory damages.
Joshua was scheduled to make I believe 32 million dollars. Which would be a judgement of 80 million.
Ruiz could only be stripped of he failed to meet a mandatory challenger during this time.
Not facing Joshua will not be justification to strip Ruiz unless he is named as mandatory.
But it would be enough to bankrupt Ruiz.
I'm sure Ruiz is not trying to duck Joshua. I believe he is just not wanting the fight in the UK
Should just make the fight in Vegas then.
NY has bad memories for AJ.
Mexico won't work because AJ will be giving up major home field advante.
UK won't work for obvious reasons.
Just settle on Vegas...the place to make a supefight anyway.
A neutral site in Germany or Canada

Hearn would hit him with a final injunction in court and force the fight on him where the sanctioning bodies would strip him if he doesn't fight AJ. A Permanent injunction would stop Ruiz from fighting anyone else.
I don't know if you understand how most contracts in this sport are worded. But the general rule of thumb for failing to meet a rematch is compensatory damages of 2.5 times the agreed upon initial contract
Ruiz destroyed AJ and snatched his belts on his grand US debut while taking the fight on two weeks notice.
Andy calls the shots, if AJ wants redemption and a shot at his belts back he needs to hop on a plane to where The Destroyer wants.
Can you please state any rule by any of the organizations that would mandate giving back the titles for not fighting a nonmandated fighter?
Ruiz would be in breach of contract and it would cost him millions but he would not be stripped.
ruiz just probably pay some fees for his rematch if he refuses it. then aim for a bigger money fight with wilder and fury. aj and hearn gets screwed again.
