the big money Canelo makes is US tv. You know that. He isn’t fighting Munguia for 4 million for Azteca without that 35 mil minimum from DAZN. If you think he would fight without the USA tv money you are kidding yourself. Canelo is making more money in Mexico than $4m, you know that, but that's not the point. There's enough money in the pot for Canelo to fight the fight he wants, regardless of DAZN hanging the $35m over Canelo's head for the US TV rights. If he wants to fight, he can fight.

It's disgusting the double standard DAZN has regarding Canelo and GGG. Canelo has to fight the best, yet GGG only has to fight bums. Canelo vs Munguia is not allowed by DAZN because they claim Munguia is too green and not good enough yet DAZN will ok Munguia vs GGG in a heartbeat. Even though Canelo vs Munguia makes more sense and more money than GGG vs Munguia. A complete double standard. Canelo owns the TV rights to his fights in Mexico and every other country that DAZN doesn't operate in. DAZN isn't in full control though. It is proven without Canelo, they REALLY struggle. Dude accounts for majority of the subscribers. So what does DAZN do if he sits out a year and they lose their subscribers? Then what?
