He saw Canelo essentially get away with PED use by giving a BS excuse so his dumb a$$ tried to do the same thing. Maybe it should occur to him that Canelo is the sport's cash cow while Miller is just an overweight B grade opponent. He got 6 months off for testing positive for 3 different peds, and one of them was some experimental mutant shit. If anything, he got off easier than Canelo.

The fact that its expensive can lead to there not being testing . A fighter desperate for a payday will probably take the fight with no testing
