Styles make fights.
Ortiz is simply too skilled. I have always said WIlder's win over Ortiz(Who finished Jennings) is better than 41 yr old Wlad (Struggled with Jennings).
AJ is wide open for the left hand. Ortiz would catch him sooner or later.
Arreola is basically a bigger and rangier version of Andy Ruiz. He has very good punch resistance, fast hands and quick combos. Also great Stamina. If AJ hurts him and decides to get him out of there. I could easily see Arreola knocking AJ out in an exchange similar to Ruiz.
AJ was going to lose on June 1st no matter what.
The other two guys who almost got the fight would've been trouble for AJ too. Just imagine Ortiz with his counterpunching, and Miller with his body shots and inside fighting.
And as a community, BoxingScene should've rated Andy a lot higher. People judged him unfairly based on his physique. His style didn't clash well with Parker. Fans wanted AJ vs. Wilder so badly that they didn't want to believe AJ would lose. They were blinded to what was already in front of him.
A month ago, Wilder himself predicted that Andy would pose a lot of problems. Tyson Fury also said something similar about Andy in one of his interviews.
Wilder staying consistent. Haters will avoid that video though. Wilder before and after the fight, has been consistent in his words.
People giving Arreola's trainer **** after Andy won a heavyweight title and being the first Mexican-American to do so, something Chris couldn't do.
I don't understand people texting me or DM ing me to talk **** on Chris ??? Why try to **** on him ?? It should be about congratulating Andy Ruiz on his historic achievement !!!— Henry Ramirez (@HRamirezBoxing) June 3, 2019

King Kong would have a chance but not a scrub like Chris Arreola!
Arreola is slow AF and would have been beaten like a pinata all night until being stopped
Arreola is lame, from his last fight I reckon Dave Allen would be a good match up and I'd probably favour Allen.
