Breazeale doesnt have the capabilities, he looked pretty much terrible in his last couple fights, he also didnt win half a round vs AJ and got totally destroyed. Breazeale should he be in shape will defeat Wilder so all those matches wont happen anyway and guys who duck fights like Wilder and Ortiz will be a laughing stock after May 18th. Well Bob's not making things easier. Bob isn't willing to make concessions. He wants Haymon's guys to fight his guys on ESPN only. The reason is because he's probably under a lot of pressure from ESPN to make meaningful fights. His two best fighters Loma and Crawford, are running out of opponents. Is Arum willing to let those guys fight on Showtime or Fox if it means making the best fights? Of course not. If anyone is to blame for Loma/Garcia not happening it's Garcia himself for moving up in weight. What does Haymon have to do with it? Haymon initiated the Garcia Spence fight, he paid Mikey a huge amount of money to move up in weight and help to turn his top fighter into a PPV star.

That is a very self serving interpretation. In no way does saying the fight will happen indicate they don't want the fight. You posted Haymon blocked inter-promotional fights. I showed a number he didn't. Now you are suggesting these people made the fights in spite of Haymon trying to block them, which isn't believable. He also didn't blockLoma/Russell. No he isn't. Then the 2nd time Kov and his team asked out of being the mando and r-signed with HBO, blocking the fight. There is no evidence Haymon prevented those fights. His marinating those fights isn't proof he blocked other fights. All I am asking you to do is provide some proof to support your opinion. There is no way to interpret "the fight is not ready" in any other way other than they are not interested in making the fight. Until they indicate otherwise it can only be assumed that they are the main reason. They are not even going as far as to say they will work on making the fight a reality sometime in the future. Almost all of Haymon's exceptions happen to be mandatories: Loma-Russell, GGG-Jacobs, Stevenson-Gvodzyk. Every promoter complies with mandatories for the most part, so Haymon isn't anything special. In fact what we often see is step aside fees for Stevenson opponents, Quillen vacating his belt when Roc Nation won a purse bid, and thanks to Haymon's cozy relationship with the sanctioning bodies, especially the WBC, Wilder has been given soft touch mandatories instead of fighting the higher ranked Whyte, and Floyd holding belts hostage. No reasonable promoter would be paying 7 figure purses so an underachiever like Russell Jr. can fight once a year against cab drivers. This only incentivizes him to avoid meaningful opponents like Santa Cruz. Speaking of LSC, he's one of the Haymon fighters who blatantly ducked Rigo when Rigo was top 5 p4p. Rigo was the obvious B-side so it was on Leo's side to reach out and try to make a deal. But since Haymon hates Jay-Z, the fight never came close to being made. None of this behavior is exclusive to Haymon but at the very least people should be able to acknowledge that he isn't above playing dirty and criticism of him isn't based on racial prejudice. Stop it. We know Hearn’s offer was a crap flat fee offer designed to be rejected because Hearn states he didn’t want to launch Dazn with AJ on a us ppv. It’s also very hypocritical of you to fault wilder because you justified ggg turning down a flat fee offer because he’d be cutting himself out of money. First: GGG was offered a flat fee for a fight a year down the line, not an immediate fight, which gave him no incentive at all to accept it. He wouldn't have fought Canelo one day earlier if he'd agreed to it. Second: I never said that Wilder should have accepted the flat fee offer from Hearn. But the fact is that he did accept it, even though Hearn said he was willing to negotiate a percentage split alternative, and he was sent a contract. The reason Hearn put AJ vs Povetkin on DAZN in the US, rather than PPV, was that Povetkin is not American, and Wilder is. If Wilder had signed the contract he asked for, AJ vs Wilder would have been on Showtime PPV in the States.
