Wilder had an interview with Blue Blood sports last night where he was asked what he thinks of Eddie Hearn's offer of $15m + 60/40 split with Joshua or better.
His reply was a familiar one that he has used over the past few months. You can't trust anything Eddie Hearn says, they don't want the fight. And then when Blue Blood to his credit, put him on the spot and asked him point blank is that a deal you'd consider, Wilder got all tongue tied. But how long will his fans let him get away with it before they demand he at least try to make the fight?
Do you know how stup1d you sound right now. When I have ever been nationalistic posting about Wilder. You are bunching me up with other guys because I am simply not going with your agenda. I have said many times before that if they meet AJ has the skills to win but it is the biggest fight in boxing that can be made now and I want to see them at their peak.
Yet you get emotional and go on a rant to tell me that your opinions are facts.
I replied to your post of saying "Lame excuse". It wasn't a lame excuse at all. It's a reasonable view at what happened. But you can't stop being American so will always look at it in a negative light towards those outside of the US, but with a positive light when it comes to your fellow Americans. Regardless of how insane the American clearly is. It's a bias that most Americans have on any forum or comment section you can care to find. And it's ****ing boring.
Wilder is a liar, a delusional idiot who can't stop contradicting himself and being a massive hypocrite. He's a coward. He's entitled. He's a nobody. He's greedy. His excuses after the Fury fight were brutally painful. There is not one thing positive about this piece of s5it. The fact that anyone would support someone so grotesque, tells me all I need to know about them. The sooner we get rid of this freak, the quicker the division can move forward.
haymon has enough faith in wilder that he came up with the 50 mil AJ said he wanted for a fight in the US! thats a fact and says all you need to know about his "faith" in wilder....you couldnt be more offbase about everything
and yeah al would offer AJ alot of money for a garbage fight if he knew he had 100 percent control of aj/wilder when it was over
thats what hearn is trying to do...but wilder isnt falling for it...he never would
Falling for what? Falling for getting a bigger pay day to fight Breazeale than he did Fury?
You guys have some irrational fear of Hearn at worst all he's done is kick the can further down the road and that's arguable and so did Wilders team with refusing meetings and to provide contracts. He always pays and runs his business model on being reliable and transparent with his fighters and business partners. Also I don't see why you guys see no faults with not arranging draft contracts and beeing able to meet with Warren but not Hearn who you're making a deal with doesn't scream genuine offer and no Hearn did not say it was he just conceded he believed they'd be good for the money. He's also challenged Espinoza to realease details of the 3 page thing which he says was never a thing and Espinoza won't do it but will release segments of other contracts so it's not like he is conflicted in releasing confidential information.
Nope you didn't read correctly boxing is NOT very popular in the UK infact AJ could be more popular than boxing itself in the UK. Most people still don't know who Fury is and all they really know about AJ is he is boxer and they're the only two active names the general public recognise with maybe a couple of exceptions for Khan. People don't even recognise Bellew in Creed and think he's just an actor and he's one of the bigger names recently.
You're just being silly saying Haymon would offer AJ 40 mil to fight Miller.
And there was definitely a space in the market for an dominant American boxer when Floyd left that would have made it worth investing in him if he was good enough to have a long reign. Truth is Haymon hasn't got the same faith in him as you have, at the end of the day.

what i said was that hearn is offering to overpay wilder for 1 fight knowing he will have 100 percent of the wilder/AJ fight because that 15 mil requires wilder to sign with hearn
i bet haymon would pay AJ 40 mil to fight miller next if they knew theyd have 100 percent of wilder/AJ
wilder has been invested in as much as an american fighter realistically can be right now....like i said...hes in the top 10 top paid fighters in the sport right now
if wilder were born in the UK(and AJ were born in the US)their roles would be completely reversed...like you said boxing was already popular over there...the UK are rabid for boxing and will buy/pay for almost anything
but make no mistake when a big fight is built they will still pay big bucks out in vegas for it...which is why canelo/chavez still did more in live gate than AJ/klit....basically about the same...

Well Tyson Fury does not want to face Deontay Wilder or Anthony Joshua.
I stated this all along, they are all weary of Joshua.
I have a feeling that Dillian Whyte will fight Tyson Fury at some point before Anthony Joshua.
Tongue and cheek, you said Wilder wouldn't want to get paid by Hearn because he wanted to give Haymon and Espinoza their share.
No he wouldn't be big in the UK not without the investment and same aggressive backing AJ has had like the millions they paid to Martin. They've had him for years AJ bought attention back to the HW scene and that's largely how Wilders stock has risen recently.
Boxing wasn't popular in the UK pre AJ and isnt really that popular still. AJ was invested in Wilder was not. There's supposedly more money in America right?

why would he pay espinoza or haymon money from a fight they would have nothing to do with? you want him to pay hearn and then all of those guys too? lol...thats ridiculous
haymon and espinoza have invested in wilder.......you guys are looking at wilder through the eyes of aj and canelo....wilder isnt that level of a star....but hes an american and no american fighter is these days
wilder is one of the top 10 highest paid guys in the sport right now....and over the last year theyve built his profile up quite a bit....theyve had him headlining on fox and showtime for a few years now and just got him his first ppv(how many american fighters are doing ppvs these days)?
you guys want to sit here and be like "ha man what have they ever done for him" but youre comparing him to AJ(if wilder were born in the UK hed be AJ...if AJ were born in the US hed be wilder)...compare wilder to other american fighters....wilder has been done well by haymon and espinoza......why on earth would he sign with hearn and give them some of his money? thats crazy talk
hes going to go the course....wilder isnt worried....he knows the AJ fight will happen eventually...it has to....too much money and too much public demand/pressure
this "offer" is just usual hearn antics...he knows wilder isnt going for it anyway

Wilder is just ducking Joshua no two ways about it.
Donkey just talk to fast Eddie hearn and he will reward you with the biggest payday of your career or stay with crusty old Shirley winkle and get paid monkey nuts.

I don't have problems with all these narratives but my problem with wilder boys is they always find a way to say the guy sending this big offers and offers back to back is the guy ducking while the other refusing the offers is the one willing to fight.
I don't understand where and how that analogy is coming from.
Is it that they are just stupid or pretend to be stupid?
tel hearn to come with that 40 percent on june 2nd....but my guess is hearn will pull more BS once june 2nd rolls around
he offered 40 percent after wilder told him he was pursuing fury and shouldnt bother
he only offers 15 mil if he signs with hearn....hearn will overpay knowing he owns wilder and 100 percent of aj/wilder fight in which he will make up the money that he overpaid in the first fight
wilder isnt about to not let haymon and espinoza get their share of the fight after all theyve invested hin him already......hearn knows wilder is NEVer going for that 15 mil to sign himself over to hearn....thats why he offers it.....
lets see hearn come out and say straight up "heres 40 percent and heres the date and contract" in june after both guys have fought...if he does then hes serious...if not than hes a joke who is still ducking the fight
are you new in this sport? Fighters sign fights in advance even when they have upcoming fight at hand.
These offers are not alwYs there for grabs, like anytime you wake up, it's always there.
Offers changes based on the circumstances. If you don't take it now, it might not be the same tomorrow.
Boxing business is versatile and spontaneous.
You need to be smart just the way fury was. That offer will not always be there waiting for him. He grabbed it as it comes.
Wise man fury I must admit.
Why doesn't he just take Hearns money and split it with Haymon and Espinoza if he is that concerned?
I don't see what he owes them either they never truly invested in him in the 7 years (7?) he's been a Champ they only paid $300,000 odd for his biggest win and have never reached out with big bucks to the other Champs to secure him a unification whilst they was floating around and build him like that either. Not saying he should sign to Hearn but he seems to have a one way relationship with his team he'd be better of like Whyte IMO willing to fight on anything that is a better career move for him, or just reminding showtime he can if they won't provide.
Get him some new trainers and corner though that seems a must.

Not easy hiding behind that lame excuse when Joshua is firing big offers at Wilder to fight.
I don't give a rats azz about that. All these promoters lie. Like I said before, they may be all in it to milk the public and create as much drama as they can for attention.

Good for him. But on the flip side this is ****ing Boxing not some hippy commune. Joshua cares about being A side, Undisputed and PAID. So if maybe Wilder can bring himself back to reality please and stop being such a little idealistic fairy girl then maybe he will be able to realise he is a B side and the offers he are being made are good. Cuz i think people are sick of waiting for him to wake up from his sweet little girly dream of an ideal world where everybody is the A side all the time.
Unless he is actually just a chicken and this last year or so of what looks like ducking is actually a year or so of ducking. Cuz to be honest its looking more and more like it as time moves on and offers roll in.Well you either are going to have to deal with his personality or just leave him alone.
Am beginning to think you are a woman imposing as a man. You have more lined up excuses than wilder himself.
Wilder will soon run out of excuses. Hearn has gone out of his way to offer wilder what he never deserved. Imagine paying him 15mil to fight Breazeale, that's seems like robbery to me, that aside 40% to fight AJ. With such offer, this negotiations shouldn't take more than a week to honest.

all of the sudden the 20-30 million dollar a fight a-side superstar is having a hard time making a fight he supposedly wants!!! guess theres a first time for everything right?!?!?!
Am beginning to think you are a woman imposing as a man. You have more lined up excuses than wilder himself.

wilder himself is not straight forward. He was asked a direct and simple question but he decides to run around the bush.
This brother is not ready for this fight. I felt it from his response, he wasn't sure of what to to say. Saying he put his life on the line, that's bullshiyyt excuses.
He didn't want AJ coming into the ring when he fought Parker and when he fought Fury he said that he was sleeping.
Instead of going to the fight to promote himself he express how disinterested in the whole thing.
Not easy hiding behind that lame excuse when Joshua is firing big offers at Wilder to fight.
Like I said, in a previous thread; Wilder is very unconventional. He's a rebel, loner, idealist and visionary. He is also a very misunderstood individual; Someone who couldn't give a good damn about nothing or what anybody cares or thinks. That's how he rolls and operates. He won't settle or compromise for anything short of what he wants or feels is right.
Good for him. But on the flip side this is ****ing Boxing not some hippy commune. Joshua cares about being A side, Undisputed and PAID. They didn't sign because Hearn refused to put any language in the contract guaranteeing the fight would be next, even though it had been agreed the fight would be next. Wilder accepted 15 million as long as the fight was next and then Hearn tried to swerve him.
LOL, What now?
You talk about a contract with no language how about the 50 million one, that certainly didnt have any language in it or any paper.
