This would be completely pointless. The WBC installing Breazeale as mandatory is shady as **** to me. Completely unearned as far as opposition goes and extremely convenient for Wilder/Haymon in terms of negotiations. At least when Hearn did it with Povetkin it was a decent enough opponent.
