Why do Mexicans get called out for nationalism when supporting Mexican boxers?

I didnt know Mexicans got ridiculed for supporting their own. I presume it is Americans who do the mocking and ridiculing? But then the Americans are the worst ones for it, they do it more than anybody, the most racist and nationalistic nation in the world. I saw a respected American Boxing commentator actually complaining that some American Ex Boxers were saying they felt Joshua was a bit better than Wilder. He could not understand how these ex Boxers could say such a thing when Wilder was a fellow American. He felt that fellow Americans should say Wilder is better than Joshua just cuz he was American. I saw what the LDBC were saying about Andre Ward because he felt Fury beat Wilder, they accused him of not even being a black man, called him a coon what ever that means and felt he should be saying he thought Wilder won. Thats the crazy thought process of an American racist nationalist.

Do they get called out? Are they too nationalistic? I haven't seen it.

They do. People **** on people if they root for a euro saying “wannabes” yet they are just people enjoying a fighter regardless of race. Race isn’t important to some and not everyone is nationalist and racist like that. It’s fine to root for someone because of patriotism but the problem is when you feel the need to **** on another race, hate them because of their race and tell people they shouldn’t like somebody. There’s a small Mexican contingent on here that do that and make it more than just a sport. Those members have unfortunately rubbed many the wrong way and it’s why there’s race battles and why posters like kid bazooka and shadoww got banned for being racist against blacks and why freshbrawler was banned for racism against whites and kigali was racist against Mexicans and whites.
