It's just embarrassing Vegas did not want it although most on here was saying that's where it was going to be in fact so did the fighters. Will wilder & fury be guaranteed $10 Million ea - If so promoter losing a bag load of money on this. The whole thing is a joke Wilder, Fury and all there fans dreamers. They cant even sell tickets in Ebay which are being reduced. Wilder fans are mere internet warriors. On fight day, they go hiding except if it's aired on showtime free channel.

The way this card is shaping up, I'm guessing that the retired fighter is either Lamon Brewster or James Toney.

It is not 100% confirmed yet, picked this up from a good source on Twitter, but hopefully they have 1-2 more fights that will be worthwhile, otherwise damn...

Doubt youll see that either. With the Joshua/Wilder stuffs end not being anywhere near in site, likely Wilders next 3 fights being Breazeale, Kownacki and Joyce. Hearn is locking down the division. Well, Breazeale is getting the next shot at Wilder if the Joshua fight doesn't happen. It will be interesting to see if they fast track Ajagba or not. He is a potential opponent for Wilder in two or so years....I guess for any top HW for that matter. You have to be careful with Kownacki. He is a super exciting but flawed fighter. If they are to serve him to Wilder, they need to do it sooner than later. I doubt he makes it to Wilder to be honest.

just proves what we already knew. This PPV is a shameless cash grab that they know isn't going to sell. Horribly priced tickets even though they aren't shifting, terrible undercard, and of course it's not in Vegas or the UK so .. what did they expect? what did we expect in all honesty because, this isn't a surprise to me at all. Even McGregor and Mayweather weren't THAT greedy.....

Joyce vs Tom Hanks would have been better and driven PPV numbers up, a celebrity exhibition match. Makes you wonder who's making the decisions ? Ortiz vs Kaufman wont help at all. It might help the narrative that Luis Ortiz is the most avoided HW ever that only legendary badass street-fighting legend Deontay Wilder was willing to risk his belt against. :burnout:

not a good undercard competition wise but those with agendas will make it worse than what it is for obvious reasons. Stevenson is fighting right before it so not to much of a reason to complain. The undercards to a lot of recent fights haven't been the best. I understand hurd is coming off injury but they could have found a better opponent than welbourne?

Yeah, I'd imagine Ortiz is alternative. Hearn and Ortiz manager have both said Ortiz likely to go to Matchroom after this fight. They aint gunna match Ortiz with Breazeale, Joyce and Kownacki, when theyd want them to be future Wilder opponents And I highly doubt Schaefer would want to put Joyce with Ortiz either. I mean Ortiz is a clear threat and someone you better be on your game to beat. Big dude with nice boxing skills and pop. Age be damned, that's a tough out for anyone. Just give me Breazeale vs Kownacki please!!!!
