Since I thought GGG won both fights with Canelo I make GGG number 1 with Canelo a very close number 2. Canelo will no doubt get better because he improves every fight. GGG will slowly go down hill with age. Jacobs fought the fight of his life against GGG but deservedly lost a close fight. He has not looked as good since and has gone down hill in my opinion. I place Jacobs a distant 3rd well behind both GGG and Canelo. Saunders is a highly skilled boxer and I make him 4th very close to Jacobs. Jermall is a fast skilled boxer and a hard puncher with potential. He is very unproven at 160. I make him 5th. Brant is looking very good but needs a good backup win to make it into my top 5 middleweights. Andrade is not very good in my opinion and I think Brant would beat him.

top 4 are definitely canelo, golovkin, jacobs and saunders. number 5 is eather charlo or andrade, depending on what style you like more. other guys are just not on the same level for now.i would like to see canelo - jacobs and canelo - charlo next year so we can see where everybody stands. let's not kid ourselves, everybody is after that payday and i understand them. i expect everybody to chase canelo and not mix it with each other which is a shame.

not saying it's not possible but Saunders hasn't proved anything to me yet. Jacobs has and MIGHT even be the best MW right now considering G's apparent decline. yeah BJS is losing credibility with so much inactivity the past couple of years, he belongs in top 4 tho. I don't think Andrade would've caused him too many problems

Nelo, GGG, BJS, Jacobs ...and then it could feasibly be one of a number but Charlo for me (not convinced by Andrade, think he is weak)
