These are standard. Boxrec used to have them as clickable links. They've obviously had a site update making them a lot more visible, as well as only showing active suspensions.

Just checked Boxrec and looks like theyve had an update, first thing you notice is fighters are suspended all over the place There's a mandatory suspension after you fight, to keep you from fighting again for a certain amount of time in order protect and ensure fighter's safety/health.
The length and criteria for these suspensions are determined by each comission and varies from state to state.

Medical suspension.
After a fight, a boxer is assessed.... the NYSAC have obviously said he won't be fit for another fight within 'X' amount of time, so they give him a medical suspension until that time has passed. After which, he will be cleared to box again (providing he passes another medical).
