Who did better against Ggg, Canelo or Daniel Jacobs?

Jacobs without a doubt. Granted I saw the fight on my phone streaming it in Puerto Rico when it happened. Even with that view, I thought Danny stole the fight despite the knockdown. At the end of Canelo-GGG, I honestly couldn't tell so much but if I had to favor one, I'd lean towards GGG earning more rounds due to his aggression and actually throws punches more often than Canelo who I felt was in counter punch only mode. Jacobs really put on the boxing ability after the KD and even before it. I felt he banked a decent amount of rounds where he had a lead on GGG by the end.

I give the nod to DJ for staying active during the rounds instead of running/taking long breathers. Yes, he got knocked down -- but that's because he was actually fighting.

Canelo landed more clean and effective shots on golovkin, and it was a draw, not a loss, I'm not being emotional at all...i speak from facts...unlike yourself What makes you think your opinions are more important than mine or anyone else's on this forum. I'm well aware that the fight was scored a draw. My opinion is that Golovkin won both fights. Sorry if we differ but I respect your opinion.

The same argument can be made about ggg. Just because ggg didn't show signs of being hurt(like an experienced elite) doesn't mean he wasn't

Jacobs imo.. He fought for full 3mins & not just the first half of the rounds.. I had GGG-Jacobs both winning 6 rounds each..

easly Nelo ,Jacobs was throwing but wasnt siting on his punches,Nelo landed harder shots and was never hurt

Canelo he countered better and ripped the body. He landed the cleaner shots, Jacobs didn't really land anything heavy for about 10 rounds. Canelo was landing heavy stuff all night long. Jacobs was more trying to slow the pace than anything and for me didn't do a great deal offensively especially not in the first half. Canelo's performance was more complete. He did what Jacobs did only he also done the things Jacobs needed to to get the nod but couldn't.

I can count on both hands how many clean shots golovkin landed on Canelo, and he didn't get knocked down, not even close, so tell me again how Jacobs was better?

Jacobs had good moments/rounds but if you think about the fight as a whole, rather than knit picking ng every minute of every round, i am glad he didn't steal the win. I mean, getting knocked down, rocked at another point and chased around the ring shouldn't be what it takes to win a fight. Controveray would be if he chased 3G around the ring, rocked him and knocked him down. 3G couldn't hurt Canelo (and visa versa) and given it was an even fight, we only have the chasing around the ring part to argue about. I think Canelo did more to GGG than Jacobs did and got hit less. Golovkin looked better against Canelo than against Jacobs tho

I had them both beating GGG. Jacobs 114-113 Canelo 115-113. Jacobs boxed better, Canelo landed better punches. About the same, comes down to preference.
