I agree but you never know. Conor is said to have a temper and we all know things can change in the heat of the moment. Especially if you're getting your face battered in front of the world.
He's lost in MMA and he didn't resort to illegal moves when he getting beat. I doubt he'd do it in this case either. But you never know.
Since he is going to get embarrassed, we are sure to find out how he takes his beating.
hell will take maybe all his purse, and all of the ufc purse.
they want to make sure its a boxing match.
the only guarenas is that they wont get paid at all likely in my book.
Joe Rogan said he would be a folk hero if he ended Mayweather with an illegal blow.
Let's see....he's getting at least $100 million for the fight. $67.5 million fine still leaves at least $32.5 million in his pocket.
Conor might actually consider it if he's getting beat bad enough.
Taxes, fees, and paying trainers and such and he would actually lose money for this fight.
Source????
Since you claim "everyone involved knows he loses 90%. Give me a legit source like Floyd, Conor, al haymon, Leonard ellerbe saying that Conor loses 90% of purse..
What consists of an "mma move". How do they even determine what that it. So when Floyd uses his elbows, is he disqualified and loses 90% of purse. Or when they tie up and someone gets headlocked which happens on nearly every boxing fight- is Conor gonna lose 90%
If promotion company doesn't pay Conor, conor sues them
If Conor bit Floyd's ear off like Tyson did, that would be ok?
Not an mma move
Fanboys are fools to think that 90% or 67.5 million will be the penalty for Conor..
Through out this promotion I've heard Dana White, Leonard Ellerbe and Mayweather talk about it multiple times
Check out the Mayweather /Kimmel interview from a few days ago. I'm sure if I actually gave a Sh.it I Could give give you 20 different articles where all 3 say roughly the same thing. Listen to some interviews, read some articles
A MMA move Im assuming is something that isn't allowed in Queensbury rules I don't know though because I didn't read the contract that Mcgregor had to sign. If he's smart Connor going to fight dirty and use his MMA experience to trouble Mayweather but that's beside the point
You've already stated that you hope Mcgregor pulls some cheap Sh.it to KO Floyd ( A f.aggot mindset to have ) but you are a A-1 lame so I'm not suprised you have that mentality
Such a lame response
You've already stated you want Mcgregor to use illegal tactics because you don't think he can win
From everyone involved There's a contract written up stating that Connor can't use MMA moves and if he does he will be sued and lose like 90% of his purse and that's probably before taxes, UFC cut, Trainers and other expenses
Are you that stupid to think that if Mcgregor knocked out Mayweather by a kick or chocked him out. That Mayweather Promotions would be like cool here's your cheque for the fight , hope you pay that fine and have a nice life.
Connor pulls that Sh.it he's not seeing a dime and will probably end up losing $ when you factor in all the expenses and lawyer fees he would have to pay.

He's not going to see hardly any of that money, especially after Floyd and Co take McGregor to civil court and sue him for every penny he's ever earned.
You're a fool if you think Mayweather Promotions is going to pay out McGregor his full purse and just let him walk for deliberately spoiling the fight.
But he didn't spoil the fight,, the fight still happened..
It's not like Conor backed out and cancelled at the weigh in..
So Tyson got no money when he bit off an ear? Or did he cash a 30 million paycheck, pay out a few million and was back in a year
What could Floyd even sue about? what damages did Floyd incur when he walks away with 250 mil..
You fanboys are funny thinking that boxing is now some sort of moral gentlemans game and Conor getting a dq would result in him losing all his purse..
At worst they fine him a few million and a suspension, neither of which can be enforced on Conor..

Fixed it for you:
BIG NEWS: An Illegal blow which causes a DQ end to the content will cost Conor McGregor $67.5M US according to reports! #MayweatherMcGregor— Boxing Kingdom (@BoxingKingdom14) August 16, 2017
This^^^^^^^
Conor does something foolish it will cost him a few million, but won't be anywhere near 67 mil.. won't even eclipse 10-15 million.. more likely a 4 million fine..
How much of a fine did Tyson get for biting off a fvcking ear, or bowe-golata riot, or guys that intentionally headbutt like Ortiz did Floyd, or popping for roids like Peterson, or not making weight..
But somehow Conor going to be fined 67.5 million if he gets dq
I don't buy 90% either but it is written into Conor's contract. Dana White has said as much.
Rogan is a moron. There is no more shameful a way Conor could go out than by DQ. How on earth would that make him a "folk hero" - He would go way down in my estimation if he resorted to that. Now if he's getting battered late on against the ropes and 'instinct' takes over, resulting in him kneeing Floyd in the body he could claim he was hurt and it was just instinctual defence from years of repetition and Floyd might be somewhat understanding. But any intentional cheating out of frustration would have to be condemned.
Lies.
I read an article from a reputed source that said there's no such clause and the nsac will set the fine and its not 90% guaranteed.
Fake news
Maybe your article was fake news, start a poll lol.
Nope hed have to pay huge amount of to dana white if its 20 or 30% thats anywhere from 6 to 10million.So thats already at what anywhere from 26 to 22 million then he has to pay his team and then if he did kick him and gets an assault case hed have to pay for lawyers and also money to post bail. Hed be leaving with about less than 20 mill. You just went from over 60 million to 20 or under because you couldnt take your beating like a man and on top of that face jail time and lose you license in the states and probably banned from boxing.
It doesn't really matter. I stated in a previous thread that Floyd has upset a lot of wealthy people, so whats to say that someone hasn't matched Conor's purse in the background.
Conor has always stated that he "doesn't give a fvck" about any of his opponents' well-being, so expect some elbows in close. As for being banned from boxing, do you really think he cares after only one fight?.
Of course he is only doing this for the money, so even if he did "accidentally" lose his balance in close and pop Floyd's knee or something he would make more from endorsements and such afterwards than the amount he would lose in fine(s).
Remember, this fight is only one payday. If Conor does fvck up Floyd illegally, he still has the rest of his life to make money from it, so whats to lose?
He could be VERY notorious on fight night.
Who says?
Is that what happened to Tyson when he bit an ear off?
Or how about riddick bowe when he and his manager double teamed a guy pro wrestling style and sent him over the ropes
Or when riddick bowe's crew brutally assaulted fanman
Or when riddick bowe and golata teams started a riot
Conor can kick Floyd in the head, knock him out, and he doesn't even have to pay the fine,,
What happens when he doesn't pay fine and goes back to U.K.. Oh no, they will suspend him from boxing, how devastating to a non boxer with 100 million in the bank..
Such a lame response

Or he walks away, and retires young with a newborn and 100+ million in the bank..
And 2 years down the road, Conor's comeback will be the biggest event possible, and powers that he will find a way to get him sanctioned.. Conor draws way too much money, outside of Floyd, he is the biggest draw of his era..
Tyson bit an ear off, and was back a year later, just because he was the biggest draw, and money talks.

Not having a gif hurts, but I'd bet that every one of those instances happened when the opponent was coming in on Floyd, and Floyd was holding his ground in his shell.
He won't kick but I'm curious to see how elbows are handled...Floyd likes to use forearms and elbows and never gets fouled for it. Conor should be given the same pass if Floyd elbows 1st (and I'm not talking about MMA style elbows that cut...I'm talking about Mayweather style elbows).
^^^this is better thinking (though, generally speaking, Floyd uses his elbows/forearms to create space to punch).
Dirty boxing is a real thing, and bringing a boxing mind into the camp could've helped Conor look for those grey areas.
Elbows to the head are something that any experienced ref will see and penalize, but there's a lot of things in the clinch that even experienced ref miss (only way I see Conor even sneaking in an elbow would be if Floyd is coming to him and he's engaging on a clinch).
The Nevada State Athletic Commission sanctions both boxing and MMA, and the major commissions (NV, NY, CA, TX, NJ, etc) generally accept each other's punishments.
If he doesn't settle whatever that would come from the NSAC, Conor would be left fighting on Indian territory or in Ireland (I have doubts that the British Boxing Board of Control would go against a suspension for direct athletic misconduct either).
Ireland is likely a nice enough country, but I doubt that the money coming from the gate and PPV for a 3am local time fight would compare to anything that he picked up on either Diaz fight or in New York.

What happens when he doesn't pay fine., he won't be allowed to box in Nevada again... like that matters to Conor

Since this is just for fun and it's pure speculation anyway, I'll go ahead and play Devil's advocate for a second.
I love all the guys you mentioned no homo. None of them are as big around the world as Conor is right now. None of them are guaranteed to get to that level in the future.
As much as it may hurt me to say this, as a boxing fan and not an MMA fan, Conor appears to be unique in his popularity.
All of Europe is going to watch. Brazil and most of South America is going to watch. We're all going to watch.
If Conor pulls off the miracle and beats Mayweather and solves the MayVinci Code, he is instantly the biggest sporting star on earth. He would only be rivaled by those soccer dudes Ronaldo, whatever.
Vegas would have instant cash cow for years because he's only 29.
It makes too much business sense. As always, I respect your opinion.
The premise of the conversation was based on Conor being talked into headkicking Floyd and taking the L.
And, we still don't know if Conor can even box anywhere near a top pro level.
If Conor shows up, shoots Floyd a fair one, and ends up winning the fight, he instantly becomes the biggest star in boxing, without question.
I just don't see that happening off a blatant DQ, especially if it looks like he can't even box
