What's The Most Boring Fight You Have Ever Watched?

Roy Jones vs. Hopkins II is one that immediately springs to mind. I swore I'd never watch another Hopkins fight again afterwards, though sadly I didn't stick to that. Junior Witter and Johnny Nelson were involved in some real stinkers as well.

Yes it's awful when one boxer was just running and hugging for whole 12 rounds. Yup, Floyd fights are hard to watch. The opponent needs to create all the action because Floyd would just stink the joint. Example: Floyd vs Baldomir ... paying fans were leaving or booing.

Byrd was unhappy with being on the shelf for too long so this was his payback. watch it on YouTube it's obvious it was intentional. the boos were raining nonstop. Second this. I believe the fighters had their purses suspended after the fight.

Here's one that a lot of you might not remember or even watched, but Washington vs Chambers. I think it was on the Ortiz vs Berto rematch card. I couldn't watch the whole thing. Chambers started clowning cuz I think it was boring to him in there. He had to do something interesting, might as well clown.

A 12 round fight where one fighter landed 52 and another one landed 86 and a good portion of the landed punches were jabs. Total of 136 punches landed by both fighters combined. You want to see 52/86 landed punches maybe through 4 rounds, not 12. For reference compared to other so called boring fighters, like Mayweather, vs Maidana, Floyd landed 147 punches in 8 rounds, and 230 in the whole 12 rounds. In one of Floyd's most notoriously boring fights against Baldomir, he landed 199 punches in 12 rounds. Fury vs Wlad landed a total of 136 punches through 12 rounds.
