All these fighters below are very dominant in their own weight class. The criteria I use is skill, dominance among your peers, and resume. Note this is my order, but you can put these fighters in any order you see fit as long as they are in the top 9. I can't put any welterweights on the list because no one has established clear dominance and I can't put any hw's on the list either since no one has cleaned out the division. Number 10 is a pick em. You can make a case for the below fighters.
1. Golovkin
2. Andre Ward
3. Sergey Kovalev
4. Terrence Crawford
5. Lomachenko
6. Canelo Alvarez
7. Roman Gonzalez
8. Rigondeaux
9. Mikey Garcia
10. Errol Spence jr, Beterbiev, Stevenson, Anthony Joshua,or Fury, Inoue or Andrade.

You have a very different way of doing pound for pound best. My understanding of it is that it is how good for his weight you think a boxer is for his weight class based on what you have seen from him in his last few fights. He doesn't have to have beaten all these good fighters, that's resume. You only have to think he is good. Dominating his current weight class is your standard. If he is in a strong weight class that would be hard to do. If he was in a weak weight class it would be much easier to do. If a weight class is strong enough you could have 3 or 4 pound for pound best fighters in it. For instance neither Mayweather nor Pacquiao completely dominated welterweight until they fought and Mayweather won. Before that they were the top two on most pound for pound lists. Some had Pacquiao first and others had Mayweather first. I have both Spence and Loma high on my PFP list and neither of them have dominated or cleaned out their weight class. I just think they are that good. Anyway it's your list to do with as you please. In general I like your list and think you have good taste in boxers.
Bro you can't be p4p and you have never won a world title. You can't be p4p and your biggest win is against leonard bundu.
Talent means nothing if it isn't shown against the best. spence is a beast, but he could be andre berto for all we know.
p4p is about skill, dominance, and resume.
For example
Rigo-skill
Lomachenko - skill
ward-resume
Canelo - resume
Golovkin- dominance
Crawford - dominance
I agree with your weight class assessment, but p4p isn't for unproven prospects. We gotta see him put those skills on display against some credible fighters before we give him the props.
Spence is future p4p if all goes right, no way is he p4p today

rigo is undefeated and has dominated his weight class like no other. p4p for me is based on:
1. skill
2. Dominance
all of the fighters I listed are currently the most skilled and have dominated their respective weight class for some time.
It's not based on resume..?

he was fighting in his 4th weight class thats like ggg fighting a cruiserweight or wlad fighting butterbean. impossible tasks
You can't compare it like that. Moving up as a light weight is completely different than moving up from mw to cruiserweight. The difference in lbs is less and the body stops putting on size after a certain point. Broner is 165 lbs fight night by the way.
Gonzalez #7 just barely above Rigo. Golovkin #1.
Mikey Garcia and Rigo but no Gonzalez. These guy HAVE GOT TO be trolling.
I just noticed Thurman too. LOL
It was in no particular order.
What has rigo done the last few years he isn't p4p
I'm going based on skill with him and dominance. Skill wise I don't see a lot of fighters better than rigo.
In 4 weight classes he still didn't beat anyone of note. His best win is what? A close decision against Paulie?
he destroyed everyone put in front of him...yes they put bums in front of him soooo

adrien has to work himself back up. losing to porter and thurman does not scream p4p.
