So Team Jacobs made sure GGG is doing VADA while their own fighter is not being tested at all. Jacobs could be training on full PED cycle since he isnt tested prefight at all. People defending this is why NSB sucks nowadays.
im not defending anything...Blame the WBC...OR BLAME GGG FOR N OT PUTTING IT IN THE CONTRACT
VADA was contacted today by Daniel Jacobs' people & is awaiting paperwork, should be enrolled soon. #GGGJacobs #GolovkinJacobs #boxing #GGG pic.twitter.com/PhAVYc5K7j— Michael Montero (@MonteroOnBoxing) January 24, 2017
Pressure from the NSB forum made Jacobs breakdown and sign up. That he's done cycling off his PEDs (this is why Roizer said they needed an extra long training camp).
If you done an 8 week cycle of steroids, well your balls and what not would prob be shriveled as fck, sure just check their balls and all...
Been honest I couldn't really give a fck at the moment, I was only asking a question, so take your ped steroid **** argument to someone else who gives a fck....plenty of other whiney cunts on here for you to have your "debate"
Translation: You like to lick big balls and you are retarded.
So what? testing needs to be done for months. PEDs get cleared out of the system after a few hours/days/weeks depending on which PED we are talking about. But the effects remain. For example if you do an 8 week steroids cycle to gain power and train harder, you can come clean two weeks later. That's why testing needs to be done for months before a fight.

1) Why do you think he shouldn't be forced? why should it be "up to him"? I think that most fighters would choose not to if they had the option to choose. But they should be forced to it.
2) One guy posted here two days ago that Jacobs' team banned him from his Instagram account after he asked respectfully if Jacobs had already started VADA testing. I asked them via Twitter and got no response.
As a competitor, knowing his opponent is testing, I would think he'd be willing to test. That he isn't says something about him IMO. Forcing him would require a change in the rule, which I doubt you could implement at this late stage. Moving forward, they should change the rules that both fighters have to test.
Again, it depends on who it was. That could be someone who has a history of trolling and crap. IMO, I don't see why Jacobs team just doesn't come out and say we chose not to because we are not required. If they made the decision based on cost, say so.
Question, did you give an opinion on Kov not using VADA before the 1st Pascal fight and the other fight he didn't test?
Please don't support posters that were not alarmed or concerned with Kov not using VADA for and are now having a fit that Jacobs isn't.
1) As I staed in my initial post Not obligated but he should have made the choice to take testing even though he isn't required to IMO.
2)IMO he should answer any questions that are legitimate. So if you ask him about VADA respectfully then IMO he should answer. If you go at him like some of the scummiest NSB trolls do, well then, no.

Let's not discuss Floyd anymore and I hope no one brings back that topic because is has nothing to do with the Golovkin Jacobs situation and it's just a deflection tactic by some posters.
1) Do you agree that Jacobs should be obligated to do VADA as well as Golovkin is?
2) Do you agree that Jacobs team should answer questions regarding VADA testing and not blocking people from social networks for respectfully asking about it?

Maxi, not the thread for this. We agree that Jacobs should be taking testing even though he isn't obligated to. I see no need to keep discussing Floyd.

Why do you say Victor Conte doesn't agree with me reg Mayweathers IV when he clearly does?
Victor Conte:
“I don’t get it,” Conte says. “There are strict criteria for the granting of a TUE. You don’t hand them out like Halloween candy. And this sort of IV use is clearly against the rules. Also, from a medical point of view, if they’re administering what they said they did, it doesn’t make sense to me. There are more effective ways to rehydrate. If you drank ice-cold Celtic seawater, you’d have far greater benefits. It’s very suspicious to me. I can tell you that IV drugs clear an athlete’s system more quickly than drugs that are administered by subcutaneous injection. So why did USADA make this decision? Why did they grant something that’s prohibited? In my view, that’s something federal law enforcement officials should be asking Travis Tygart.”
Maxi, not the thread for this. We agree that Jacobs should be taking testing even though he isn't obligated to. I see no need to keep discussing Floyd.
You didn't post all the facts, which is why I labeled it retarded.
A PED guru isn't on your side Maxi. You are taking a general statement he made years prior and applying it to this situation. That lacks validity. Besides, we agree that this isn't the topic of this thread.
As for this thread, do you have any problem with my opinion on Jacobs not doing VADA?

It's not retarded. Getting IVs is banned for a reason. It's not like doing a test before and after the IV intake erases it's prohibition. We have PED gurus like Victor Conte saying that an IV like that should be prohibited. But let's not talk about that, it's another different topic. I'm answering because you don't say it's questionable, you say it's retard. And not, it's not retard. You might not agree with me but if a PED guru is on my side of the dispute then you can't say it's retarded. Say that you don't agree and present your arguments but that's all.
Another thing that is wrong is that many people say that we used to say that drug testing was for cowards. Hell... I wasn't even posting here back in the day. I wasn't even watching boxing 5 years ago, and I was always pro drug testing. Let's not deflect like that please. Jacobs should do the testing and Mayweather fans should ask for it too if they are coherent.

Thats retarded. Maxi, he tested negative for PED's before and after the IV use. If you still will not factor that into your equation, so be it.
I agree, which is why I was disgusted that the initial poster I responded to brought them up. He did so IMO to justify his flip in how he sees drug testing.
I am aware of this and I commented about it in my initial post. We seem to agree that Jacobs should be taking VADA even though he isn't required to.
So what exactly is your problem with my posts in this thread?

Most Floyd fans didn't have a problem with Floyd using an IV night before a fight. Or with Floyd never doing VADA even though VADA has been way better and has catched the more dopers in boxing. So...
Anyway, this is about Jacobs and Golovkin, not Pacquiao and Mayweather.
Golovkin is doing 365 VADA testing.
Jacobs is not answering questions and blocking people for asking about VADA on his social networks.

Would he not automatically be tested after the fight anyway??

Its not that Floyd fans stopped caring about PED's. it's that guys like you suddenly did.

Hypocrisy on both sides here, TBD.
Par for the course on NSB
Individuals are being hypocritical for sure. But lets stop lumping every Floyd fan in the same boat as a means of justifying an individual's hypocrisy. Not every Floyd fan shares Larry's opinion. Those that wanted PED's out of the sport are criticizing Jacobs for this.
Whatever you think about Floyd, his request for PED testing was spot on. Whatever you think of Manny, his refusal to test must be judged the same way as everyone else who refused.
Guys like him never gave a damn about drug testing. While we are all allowed to change our opinions about the topic, it just is annoying to see guys like that advocate for something he once equated to cowardliness.
