If Loma was a middleweight would he beat GGG?

OMG you're blind. Lomachenko's footwork is levels above Golovkins. Quicker dosen't mean better dummy. Salido fight didn't show it. He also has a tendency to trip over himself at times. Golovkin cuts off the ring efortlessly using much less energy. He's much better at it not even close.

No doubt dude. There aren't many fighters that will survive a fight with GGG right now but Lomachenko would wear him out and make him literally turn the fight and stop him or go out on his shield. They are both complete fighters but Lomachenko is more active and better defensively although Golovkin is no slouch defensively and has excellent conditioning. If GGG lands something big it's all over, but Lomachenko knows what he would be up against and has the skill and intelligence to avoid the big shots if he needs to. Stop ggg? Anyways to answer ur question, it all depends on the chin. We never saw Loma get hit flush, but skillwise, hes above GGG Bull****. He's quicker than ggg. GGG is on of the most technically sound boxers out there. His footwork is even better than lomo's.

GGG is actually a bad matchup for Loma stylistically. Loma can be smothered. With intelligent pressure and devastating KO power and an iron jaw GGG traps and KO's Loma. It's already been done by Salido who does not have KO power, nor iron jaw nor even elite boxing skills. GGG would beat loma. He'd lose some rounds but he'd keep coming. It would be a war.

I mean him with the same skills and speed he has now..just at 160 if he keeps the same speed, then he also gets to keep the same power lmao, GGG walks through him

I voted for GGG as a loyal fan. I think it's close and I'll know better who to pick after GGG fights the highly skilled and dangerous Jacobs.

Does the heavier fighter ever win in this fantasy scenario? Of course Loma would box GGG's ears off if you could somehow enlarge him and change nothing else. Inr eality Lomachenko wouldn't be able to keep up his constant lateral movement and peppering punches at 170 lbs and we can only speculate about what his style would become. His style would still be the same though. A fighters style doesn't change as he moves up in weight. Over time, a boxer might switch up his style, or grow as a fighter, but if we are just taking Loma and turning him into a middleweight, he would ultimately still remain the same. The only thing that might change is punch output, but the overall style of emphasizing good movement, speed, and awkward punching would stay the same. Someone already posted it, but he would pretty much be a Roy Jones Jr.

Loma will beat him easily, p4p he's better than Golovkin but can any middleweight move like he does?

A 160 lb fighter will never move like Loma does at 130. It's never happened in the history of the sport. The heavier you are, the slower you are (unless you're Lebron).
