Probably Floyd. Nelo only developed ducking reputation recently and ducking GGG. But GGG is very good so you can understand Nelo. But then again you could say GGG is overated and Nelo to scared to expose him for the fraud GGG is? But Floyd was accused of ducking guys he shouldnt really have been scared of. Floyd has literally been accused of ducking everyone he ever fought, be it hatton, SSM, Pac, DLH, Canelo at 154 and GGG, Brook, Thurman. I never thought Id say this but there is a bigger coward than floyd in the history of the sport, her name is Canela lol. FLOYD NEVER vacated a title to avoid a mandatory and thats what gives Canela the title of the most scared fighter in the history of boxing, EASILY.
