Frampton vs. Rigondeaux. It would go like this, regarldess of the weight they're fighting at:
Rigo is unusually careful from the start of the fight and snatches the first half of the fight with careful technical boxing, making Frampton hit air. It may go on like that until round 7-9, in which Frampton's hook finally and inevitably hits. Rigo gets up from the first KD, seemingly unhurt, but Frampton is fired up and scores a second knockdown shortly after, hurting Rigo seriously this time. Rigo gets up, on shaky legs, struggles a bit, gets hunted down and is finished.
Donaira could do it, Cordoba could do it and the Japanese journeyman could do it (knock Rigo down). Frampton finishes the job, though.
Rigo knocks him out, he's levels above Santa Cruz
we all know Frampton, Leo and Quigg all ducked Rigo out of fear
the only man who doesn't fear Rigo is Lomachenko
the roles got reversed there, Rigo was the one who did the ducking..shamehow could duck a fighter in a higher division? I spoke to Rigondeaux and he say that they didn't want a 124 catch weight neither a 10 lbs rehydration clause, we all know Rigondeaux only weights 124-126 lbs the night of the fight...
We all know that Frampton is scared to fight Rigondeaux, due to a lack of confidence, which just makes it even more sad to think about how Frampton would destroy him if they actually fought.
You were right about Frampton beating Santa Cruz. Good call. Frampton looked a hell of a lot better at 126 than he did at 122. He said himself that making 122 was weakening him. The weight they fight at make a difference. At 126 I think the bigger Frampton has an even chance to win. At Rigo's best weight of 122 I don't think anybody can beat him including Frampton. I think as a Brit you are getting carried away with how good a British or Irish boxer is as the British often tend to do.
Dude. **** the Western world and white people will always be inferior to black people when it comes to boxing. I'm not British. I'm not White.

12 rounds, Rigo wins a 117-111 type decision.
Carl is excellent, but his flaws play right into Rigondeaux's strengths, there is a reason Carl and his team turned the fight down.
Frampton would probably do a bit better than Donaire did but there is a reason that Frampton ducked Rigondeaux and that is that Barry McGuigan knows that it is unlikely Frampton will win and he doesn't want his charge fighting with a less than 20% chance of victory for only a few hundred thousand pounds.
Frampton is good but hes a little sloppy at times, a precise rigo counter will do the job and once it becomes a chess match rigo wins. hes open to the body as well. he may knock rigo down tho
I wish all these posters picking Frampton to win gave him the confidence to actually fight Rigondeaux. But nah, he never wanted any parts of him.
Let's support the cowards. Frampton by KO doe!
It'll be a boring ass fight as Rigo would just be circling around. He'll win the fight. But it'll be boring.
If the fight is boring, it's because Frampton won't engage. Rigondeaux kept his word and stood right in front of Dickens, no dancing around. He says this is how he will fight from now on. He also says don't blame him when guys refuse to throw punches after tasting his power. He stood in front of Dickens the whole time. After he staggered Dickens in the first round, Dickens was scared to engage. Rigs will stop Frampton, probably leave the ring with his jaw.
You can get a preview of what Rigondeaux would do to Santa Cruz, when he beats down the giant Flores in his next defense.

Rigo boxes his ears off. I'd be surprised if Frampton was able to make it a fight, even after his impressive performance the other day. Rigo is just better in every way.

Laughable.
What did Cordoba do?
