That's good. It felt like no one wanted to talk about him again after the Pacquiao and Berto fight. Talk about him but please don't tempt him to come out of retirement.

Right now on page one about mayweather is this thread, big poppa pump thread, another reporting on jeff mayweather talking about danny garcia being next for mayweather, and ravishrude basic thread on mayweather if he comes back who you want to fight. Thats 3 threads not including your own, compare that to 7 canelo threads on page 1 on the front page theres 3 mayweather threads 7 canelo threads LMBO!!! That happens to me every time I buy a new car. :rofl:

He's promoting so he's been stirring the pot. Mentioning that after he'd beat Golovkin he'd get no credit. Talking about 9 figures etc...

May be the reason is people wished to see him got defeated. Also Floyd has the skills to be in headlines. His hatters and also fan will never drop him from discussion. I don't think so he will be easily thrown out of sports world.

Boxing needs Floyd, there will never be another like him. As long as Floyd is around boxing will still compete with MMA, theres no wonder why UFC fighters wont take his name out of their mouths. Even when Floyd really retires he will still be brought up in mythical matches but he wont be truly respected until he is old with Alzheimer's or he is dead.

Really Larry? Outside of the boxing forums Floyd is barely spoken about and the consensus is that many people can care less that he's retired. I think it bothers Floyd more that people aren't clamoring for him to make a comeback and he's going to be in for a surprise when he makes the announcement and is met with a lackluster response in similar fashion to his "retirement" fight.
