Why does Errol Spence have gyno?

Some (many) guys just have issues with estrogen, or did at some point and it's altered their physique. Sometimes, it's genetic, sometimes from something that happened while growing, and other times it's because they used steroids. Note; having gyno doesn't mean you are necessarily using, but guys who have used and are inclined toward gynoclomastia can permanently develop "bytch ****". The UFC's George St Pierre has them. If you're wondering why I know so much about it, it's because I used gear before and was paranoid about that so I researched it a lot before hand and how to avoid it. It's all in the estrogen and your genetic inclination toward gyno. This is basically all you need to know. I've studied the hell out of it too (never used gear, but when I stopped boxing from busting my hand up I got into bodybuilding) Everything here is spot on. Gyno is not a pure sign of PED abuse or even use. Many people will develop it during puberty and it will never go away without surgery. If you develop it much later in life, it's more likely PED's but it can also just be a hormone issue. Spence has had gyno since puberty. There are pictures of him in the am's with gyno. At this point, people would likely find it suspicious if he got the surgery.

:haha people are quite sensitive. It was a fair question. I don't know why people are deferring to Spence's nipples. Soft nipples don't mean anything. The droopy nipples are only a small part of the story. The guy has enlarged breast glands on an otherwise shredded upper body. This isn't a case of excess adipose tissue, Spence is a ripped 147 pounder; that's not fat on some big guy. If he was out of shape, it would look far worse. The scary thing is, unless you're senstivie to steroids, you'd have to really abuse steroids to get gyno, it's not something that just happens by accident. For the defenders, just imagine if it was Pacquiao...or a white guy from Top Rank. Maybe that will put this into perspective for you. One thing that I think should be pointed out, if Spence used, gyno isn't something that just disappears when you stop taking steroids, without surgery. So Spence could be clean nowadays for all we know, that's just the effects of past use. I'm pretty sure, if he is taking anything still, he's taking in plenty of estrogen blockers as well. I'm a medical student and a biomedical science post graduate. That picture you posted of someone who may have used steroids and again, has the puffy nipple look is not necessarily gynecomastia and is extremely difficult to classify the type from that picture alone. One must look at the shape, the height of the tissue and the shape of the chest fold. The man you posted, much like Spence, may just have a natural nipple type. A layman can not just pull up a random picture from google and claim it is gynecomastia and ultimately, that is the crux of my argument. There is so much doubt, unless there is reasonable reason beyond 2 pictures, to say that Spence is on anything, let's refrain from that.
