Does Floyd Mayweather have the style to adjust to styles he's never had to adjust t

to. Could Floyd adjust to the highly skilled agression of a SRR, Hearns, Chavez, Armstrong or Montreal Duran? Floyds semi-coped against the retarded agression of the likes of Castillo, Shot Oscar and Maidana the cave man, but could Floyd cope with ATG pressure fighters like I mentioned above? I mean pressure set up by a high IQ and godly skills ? I doubt he could. Also, How would Floyd do against real defensive masters like Locche, Pep, Benitez, Duran, and Pea? Could Floyd handle the amazing skills of Jose Napoles? I have doubts over Floyd vs the brilliant HOF lightweights Carlos Ortiz and the Kenster Buchanster never mind second tier ATG'S of the likes of Benitez and Chavez. Thoughts? It's a two-way street; how would all of those all-time greats deal with Floyd. Julio Cesar Chavez is one of my favorite fighters ever, but Frankie Randall had his ass; what did FRankie Randall do that Floyd couldn't do (likely better)? Henry Armstrong is arguably the greatest fighter that the sport has ever seen, but that doesn't change the fact that he was 5'5" and had 67" reach. Run down whatever matchup you want, the legend still has to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr (5'8, 72" reach, defensively adept, seen basically every style possible, with a solid enough punch to not get bumrushed ) People have spent so long dissing Floyd that they don't seem to respect his game.

my like/dislike for Floyd changes all the time But there's one thing I know regardless of the fact that I blame him for creating mini-floyds that have severely hampered boxing (protect the zero, careful matchmaking, etc.) He is competitive against ANYONE from 130-154 in boxing history. Anyone. That does not mean I think he can beat them all. But no one has an easy night with him. Hearns and Montreal Duran completely destroys Floyd imo SRL would fvck him up as well

SRR and Hearns weren't pressure fighters. These guys were boxers first. To answer your question Floyd adjusted to manny didn't he. That was supposed to be the awkward style that no one had experience dealing with. Armstrong and Duran would give Floyd fits. They're unusual pressure fighters. Locche and Pep are stupid questions. They're too small for him. I'd pick Floyd to comfortably beat Benitez. Hears, and SRR were amazing pressure fighters. Boxers first but damn they could fight. Duran is the same, he's a multi dimensional great. Some were good enough to do many things in the ring. Not Floyd though. Locche and Pep were big enough to make lightweight though? Still valid. Who has Floyd fought as good/great as Benitez? I give the edge to the Beninator in that dual. Stylistically I think Floyd Schools Arguello.
