Holy hell it's actually working!

I realize this fight is a mismatch on paper but I'm interested in the freak show aspect of this fight. You have Khan, a guy that has been brutally stopped at 135 and 140 moving up 1 weight class + 1 pound to fight a guy that can hit hard and will outweigh him by 20 pounds on fight night. Rarely do you see top fighters take these kind of risks in boxing anymore. Just look at how Golovkin ducked Andre Ward. Payday vs. Canelo = payday vs. Ward? If Khan's all about the challenge, why isn't he fighting the true MW champ then?

I have a friend who's more than a casual and he likes this fight, only because he can not stand Amir Khan. He hopes to see Khan get beaten up. I think a lot of people will support this fight due to them not liking Amir Khan. And people don't dislike Khan because he's good and arrogant, it's because he is delusional and talks too much without backing it up. Is your friend named........SkillsPayBills?!?!?

Doesn't help that the ESPN writer is calling this farce a great fight.

Because Casuals see it occasionally at UFC. We will see Mcgregor move up to fight Dos Anjos; which I'm sure De La Hoya will move on the aspect Khan couldn't get a big fight at welterweight and so moved all the way up. In the long run, the sales will probably be pretty damn big. I'll say 1.4-1.6 mil. No way does it do over a million,melt alone 1.4-1.6... Manny-marquez 4 didn't even reach that level.. Canelo-cotto was around a million.. This will be 500-600k..
