I've always known Khan didn't want no part of brook....he's damaged goods and was looking for the mega fight with the mayweathers and pacquaios knowing if he did lose then he lost to the 2 best fighters in the world so he could still have some sort of career after ...with brook it's different ...he knows losing to another domestic fighter and arch rival will be difficult pill to swallow here and he would never live it down..... Khan is being ridiculous with 80-20 split, brook is unbeaten and he holds a world title..60-40 is a fair offer ....let Khan crack on with the garcias and guerreros of the world because sooner or later there's gonna be another punch that will land on khans chin and it's really gonna be curtains for his boxing career
WAR GOLOVKIN :banana::banana::banana:
Khan keeps tweeting BS about negotiations through March / April...
Then has no time for training camp because of Ramadan.
Calls out Floyd for Sept...rinse and repeat.
Look I'm as Critical of Khan as others but lets not pretend like Brook and Hearn don't throw out these big names, pretend like they're serious about negotiations only to pull out of those negotiations and announce a fight vs Weak Opponent
I'm believe it when I see both saying that the fight is on at least. Brook saying 1 think while Khan is talking Kell's weak resume which he does has a point even though I'm more of a Brook fan :dunno:
Khan is doing anything he can to get out of the fight. He knows that Kell will have to move up soon due to weight issues so then the fight definitely won't happen.
Hearn called him out on his bullsh*t earlier and said 60/40 and Khans team have declined the fight. He's scared to have his career ended infront of a full stadium of people who hate him after being beaten by a long time rival after he talked so much sh*t. Can you imagine how embarrassing that would be for him? He'd need to be on suicide watch for ever. As long as Garcia knocks him out and makes him do the funny dance he does I'll be happy with that.
No doubt, Khan losing to Brook would be very devastating for him.
Really, I don't think Brook should even worry about Khan. He can become a much bigger name on his own.
60/40 is not fair at all, all you Americans don't know **** about the UK boxing scene. EVERYONE AND THEIR DOG KNOWS WHO KHAN IS IN THE UK, only hard core boxing fans know who Brook is.. I'm surprised he would even get 20%.
Brook is the champion, his belt would be on the line, so 50/50 would be fair. But really, what's fair doesn't apply in a case like this.
I think 60/40 is a reasonable offer. Ok, Khan is much better known than Brook, but 60/40 would give him a bigger payday than he would get for fighting anybody else.
They'll probably end up around 70/30 though.

Khan wanted 80-20 :lol1: :lol1:
This fight will happen, too much money involved for it not to.
I agree, but I don't think it would be bigger than Froch/Groves 2.
What do you reckon?
Does anyone really think Khan should get more than 60/40?
Is he that popular in the UK?
He fought 4 times in the last 3 years and he didnt really fight top guys, he has zero knockouts at 147. He has no belt while Brook is IBF champion.
Every ranking site has Brook ranked ahead of Khan too.
Khans fights at 147 since losing to Peterson and getting knocked out by Garcia:
Collazo - decision
Julio Diaz - close fight, khan got knocked down and won very close decision
Alexander - decision
Algieri - close fight, decision
As you can see from the reaction, nobody believes he should be getting more than 60/40. Last time he appeared at a fight in the UK he was boo'd out the building.
It's just the usual delusions from Khan and his 'fans'.

So if Khan loses its gonna be life long humiliation? Khan has named his price for suffering this humiliation Eddie Hearns need to Pay up.
Hearns said the fight generates £30 Million in that case £10 Million for Khan and £7 Million Brook is reasonable this slime ball Eddie Hearn is trying to hustle both fighters.
Absolutely this.
An utterly embarrassing attempt to duck the biggest fight available as he's sh*t scared of getting knocked out.
He's running from a 60/40 split, £5million+ and a world title shot...he'd rather fight bums on Spike TV for a fraction of that money, no world title and in front of a half empty arena.
I'm officially a Khan hater, not supporting this guy anymore.
Khan is a joke. Asking for 80-20 is a clown move, giving up 60-40 by Hearn is a joke, not accepting it is an even bigger joke by Khan. This guy is scared sh*tless pricing himself out like a clown. 80-20 is like Floyd vs Guerrero caliber. Brook is a top fighter and a champion. Khan needs to just f*ck off and retire.
