On this forum I've seen a lot of funny comments, and something that I've found amusing is how everyone mentions Froch has made enough money fighting Groves so he doesn't need to fight anymore but in Khan's case he's stupid to turn down $5million. In terms of legacy turning the fight down isn't the best move but purely from a financial perspective, Froch has a net worth of $20 million whereas Khan has a net worth of $30 million. To summarise, money should not be the main enticement for Khan to fight Brook this summer but rather to establish himself back at the top of British boxing and the top of 147.
Edit: Lol, I rate Froch highly and people are misunderstanding the question. Froch has built his legacy and I'm not questioning that or expecting him to do any more but I'm questioning the validity of why Khan is stupid to turn down money when he has more than international superstar Froch. Khan still needs to build his legacy and that's exactly why he needs to fight guys like Brook; NOT FOR THE MONEY IT BRINGS (that's a bonus).
Khan should have gave Maidana a rematch dispite the fact Khan landed over 100+ more punches on him... okay lol!
What makes me laugh is people say Khan lost that or it was mighty close yet somehow you think Mayweather won that first fight with Chino lmao make your god damn minds up!
Well, he should've given him a rematch on grounds on excitement the first one created. It was after all FOTY.

Yes, Khan should've given Maidana a rematch, but Maidana wasn't screwed over.
The public reaction said it all post-fight for Froch Groves 1. George was screwed over and Froch's hand was forced by IBF. There was no argument about a b.s. win to begin with in Khan-Maidana except it was a great fight and the rematch would be nice.
There are many who said Maidana was screwed by the referee in the Khan fight. Maidana's camp were certainly unhappy with Joe Cortez's performance.
At the end of the day, Howard Foster screwed Froch and actually helped Groves get another payday.
Froch gave Groves the rematch because he's a real fighter whereas Khan cowered away from a return with Maidana.
Yeah, what else would you call Ward, he had a broken hand. You seem to have taken it personally for some reason.
Haha...that's what you're going for but you end up trolling yourself again.
Khan was scared to even enter the ring against a cripple.
Premature but Froch was clearly about to stop him. He was robbed more than anything by the referee there. Argument was ended in the rematch.
Khan-Maidana II is a fight that many fans still want to see but Amir would never entertain it.

Weren't you the one who threw around the term "cripple".
Why was Khan scared to lose to a man with one leg who'd just been stabbed? :lol1:

Brook-Machete points is pure desperation, I'm not even gonna bother reasoning. You seem upset cuz the fight will end up happening, you'll have no point to beat on. Shame this debate is ending like this.
Back to trolling now Dorky?

A sham stoppage.

One was a stoppage win and the other was a close decision.
At the end of Froch-Groves, George Groves was hanging on for dear life and hurt badly just like how Khan was clinging on in the championship rounds against Maidana.
Froch was clearly about to stop Groves and he proved that by knocking him out in the rematch.
There are still questions over how a Maidana-Khan rematch would go. It's a shame that Khan was satisfied with the ending.
A sham stoppage.
Queen Khan was too scared to even get in the ring with a man who was stabbed in the leg with fukin machete!
Khan was frightened to lose to a cripple

One was a sham win the other he won clearly. Froch-Groves 1 wasn't competitive at all.

Khan just got started at the World level, Froch was at the twilight of his career, vacating and winning another one at his stage is simply not worth it especially vs who the other champs were. Mayweather and Pacquiao also keep belts despite their stature, it adds to your bargaining power.
Yeah Froch was in the twighlight of his career and didn't need belt to get a big fight. Do you really think people are going to care if he has a belt if he comes back now?
Froch doesn't "outmuscle" or "manhandle" opponents :lol1:
Froch isn't actually that good on the inside at all. Not as bad as Khan but still it's not "his game".
"Absolutely broken" - LOL what does that even mean? Stop trying to sound like me. It's "absolutely disturbing" :lol1:
You're actually trying to argue that getting sparked out by Prescott is better than losing to Andre Ward.
Log off and re-evaluate your reasons for being here. You're not a boxing fan.
Froch tries to manhan..........I told you stick to the qualitative stuff.
His hand was broken in TWO places. Not like he had a broken pinky.
You only back and skew facts to support your own. Stop projecting and logging off is more needed in your case.
Amir could have vacated but Froch couldn't have? :lol1:
This is where you get tangled up in your own web of hypocrisy.
What does Maidana-Khan being FOTY have to do with anything? That just proves that it warranted a rematch and Khan ran away from it

Speaking of hypocrisy you should be happy about the Chaves fight falling through more than any "Khantard" :lol1:
Thought you didn't care what I believed in, you went through all that trouble for me?
So, why didn't he take it? Froch was an absolute nobody, where as Calzaghe a best SMW out there? Options is Henessey's problem, Warren was dominating the UK Promoting game, that's like crying about Hearn asking for options.
That's Henessey's side, Warren also said Froch was "waiting" on Calzaghe to move up. Convenient that he went on calling him out and slate him publicly when he knew it won't happen.
I Googled "Froch turned down Calzaghe" and lo and behold the first result is Queen Khanturd's thread about it :lol1:
They didn't cry about it, they were number 2 with the WBC so rather than signing options with Frank Warren, they'd take an eliminator and become mandatory.
Hennessy also states that they made a counter-offer which was rejected by Warren's side.
Are you actually trying to equate this to Khan's shameless ducking of Brook? :lol1:
My god, Khanturds are the lowest form of boxing fan.
But you clearly do and all Khanturds do. I mean denying that is denying reality.

You know the random Carl Froch thread you made because you don't have a vendetta against him

He got out muscled and manhandled, something Froch likes to do. I know you lack the technical insight and more of a qualitative fan, but Ward beat Froch at his own game, with one hand. He nullified him for 12 rounds, for 12 rounds Froch had no answer on how to beat a cripple.
Froch doesn't "outmuscle" or "manhandle" opponents :lol1:

Hurt is one, absolutely broken another.
Name me an example of someone with a broken not hurt, broken hand who went on to defeat their opponent so badly? It is abnormal. Good and even great fighters getting sparked by nobodies is not so uncommon.

Yes, he was coming off fighting a mandatory in Salita, he had a right to get a voluntary. LOL. this guy^
We're talking WBA here.
Amir could've vacated and went for another strap.
Your pathetic attempt at equating the sham Groves win with what was FOTY is quite mortifying. Groves made a fool out of Carl where as Khan won fair and square :lol1:
Like I've said Khan can get dropped in every fight as long as he wins, I know he isn't elite.
Amir could have vacated but Froch couldn't have? :lol1:

"He was satisfied with the ending" :lol1:
The point is he didn't "absolutely destroy" anyone. He outpointed Froch and was gassed in the championship rounds. He didn't look like he was destroying anyone whilst he was blowing out his arse and looking up at the clock on the big screen.

Quite a few fighters have hurt their hands during a fight and still won convincingly. Floyd Mayweather for example.
Andre Ward could have had no arms and it still wouldn't be worse than getting stretched in 57 seconds by some road sweeper
Hurt is one, absolutely broken another.
Name me an example of someone with a broken not hurt, broken hand who went on to defeat their opponent so badly? It is abnormal. Good and even great fighters getting sparked by floor sweepers is not so uncommon.
Those are exactly my feelings with your question about me having some vendetta against Carl Froch. Now you know.
But you clearly do and all Khanturds do. I mean denying that is denying reality.
Till you prove it for me its not relevant. A nobody Froch was offered a fight vs the best SMW and he turned it down. All this Froch wanted to be mandatory is just convenience talk and convenient that Froch was calling out Joe so vigorously when he knew Joe had bigger fish.

At the end Khan's team may not have been keen on Maidana, but Khan had no issues at any point. Froch himself was content on moving on from Groves 1, HIM, Carl the fighter himself.
No he didn't. Khan fought Malignaggi when Maidana was his mandatory.
Yes, he was coming off fighting a mandatory in Salita, he had a right to get a voluntary. LOL. this guy^
I don't think there was even such a thing as Super Champions back then and you'd have to defend your title a certain number of times or unify to get to that status anyway. Nice try.
We're talking WBA here.
