I really like GGG, and Floyd too but i never understood why fans make a big deal about their media attention or money or anything to prove a point or get one-up on whoever they're debating with like it's a victory for them too. You aren't getting paid, no matter how much they are making. GGG is marketable, Ward is not, but that isn't going to make a difference when they get inside a ring. All the money or Apple commercials or anything else in the world won't make a difference once the bell rings. What i'm trying to say is threads like this are idiotic, even if they are in favour of the guy i'd be wanting to win the fight.

Golovkin is the face of boxing, the cash cow, the middle weight kingpin, the p4p king, he doesn't need his name to be shown or mentioned in a commercial, his face is synonymous with boxing like Tyson and DLH. Golovkin's debut PPV, with the HBO media machine jumping all the way on his dick and hyping his show, was only able to generate 100k PPV buys (likely final number is probably around 115k, once everything gets counted). All bullshit and ball busting aside, that is a good look for GGG, and I'm glad he has a powerhouse like Apple behind him. Boxing is a brutal, dangerous sport, so it's a win when a decent guy like him gets rewarded financially like that. No hate.
