If you are going to show the Ward video, then you have to show the Golovkin video as well...
Interesting tidbit
GGG's video has 223k views, Ward's has 94k.
Suppose when you put it that way its true, GGG shouldn't have made his comments about fighting anyone from 154-168 but it happened many years ago and people act like it only happened just yesterday, I think its easy to take digs at someone who isn't fluent in English because you know most of the time they wont come back at you with something.
Its hard to see what will happen with GGG future, perhaps he will go up in weight or perhaps he wont but one thing is for sure he is dominating his current division so far.
Ward will likely wait for him If its possible no doubt, 33yo is still pretty young and its only 8lbs it can be made but perhaps we will have to wait a year or so longer.
ward said he could beat klitschko but no one brings that up over and over saying why isn't he fighting klitschko. people are biased as hell. ggg's willing to fight the best in his own division. ward is not. that's all that matters to me, not words. ward's already turned down bute, stevenson, froch 2, and degale just called him out yet nothing from ward. meanwhile ggg has tried to fight everyone at 160, and is fighting lemieux then cotto-canelo.
That's because Ward was just tapping him with very light punches and making sure he didn't hurt the guy. He could hit ten times that hard in a real fight.
have you seen ward fight? he never hits hard
And Ward will continue with his career, fighting overweight plumbers like Paul Smith, once every 18 months on BET. That is SO MUCH BETTER!
Except what he's already done ****s all over your hero's resume, so.....
What if he waits just two years to take on elite comp? he will be 35 and at the tail end of his career. With no career defining fights on his resume. but thats cool to his suck boys.

Ward seems like a likeable guy. Ward is much bigger than GGG so I don't care if they fight or not. If Ward is uncomfortable at 164 and GGG doesn't want to give up 8 pounds to the world's best super middleweight that's something I can understand from both sides. If they never fight it won't be this huge tragedy. There are lots of guys Ward could fight at 168. GGG really wants to unify and dominate the middleweights in the tradition of Hagler, Hopkins and Monzon. He is a smaller middleweight, not a super middleweight and at 33 years old he stopped growing many years ago.

Nah ward couldnt hurt smith. And smith is a D fighter.
Ward has average power.
He has to be the bigger guy to win .
Its why he wont go to 164
Has to be the bigger guy to win against a guy he's already bigger then no matter what?
That big black guy was taking Ward's punches with ease. That's because Ward was just tapping him with very light punches and making sure he didn't hurt the guy. He could hit ten times that hard in a real fight.

So basically Ward just admitted that he finally called his promoter about GGG only because he new they would ask him about it on the show.
I thought he wanted this fight really bad.
