Jhonny Gonzalez
Gamboa - did it to himself
Thomas Dulorme
Jose Benavidez
Good name here too, he definitely had the potential but his pride and lack of chin got in the way.
I think some of you guys are doing it wrong Lucas Matthysse and Danny Garcia are considered elite.A guy like Wilder probably falls into the too soon to tell category.
For example my favorite guilty pleasure guy is Joseito Lopez and in the past it was Jason Litzau two guys that clearly want ever be mistaken for elite.
Boxing fans are just funny, you'd have Carl Froch #5 or #6 pound for pound of the entire sport (top 10 of 1000s of boxers globally) and certain fans would argue he wasn't elite. Mental.
Spadafora back in the days. His foot work was impressive.
Spadafora was an elite fighter. He was arguably the best 135lber for years and unified. His legal issues and his less than stellar opposition when he moved to 140 is what kept him from being in the limelight. None the less the guy was a top dog who did'nt finally lose a fight until he was way past it and it was a damn close fight.
Juanma Lopez, he comes to fight.
Good pick, it's said to see the slippery slope he's been on since his first "L".
My picks:
1. JuanMa
2. James Kirkland
3. Maidana

My 'guilty pleasure' guys tend to be the types who don't seem to fully reach their potential or give Jekyll/Hide, fight-to-the-level-of-competition type of performances:
Kermit Cintron (gets way too much hate IMO)
Kendall Holt
Rocky Juarez
'Sugar' Nikolai Valuev - (might be my all timer)
