Anyone cancel HBO?

HBO is crap aside cotto/canelo-165 what do they have to offer?.....mostly mismatches. GGG continues to fight cans and kov ducked Stevenson. I prefer pbc because the matches are as good if not better but free.

Not me. HBO may have had on a lot of blowouts in the 1st part of 15, but they usually do a great job the last quarter. No reason to cancel.

Nope in Romania it's very cheap.We don't get any boxing though.....

What a stupid question. Of course I am not canceling HBO with all their other great shows. Showtime may end up getting canceled though. They got Junior this Saturday, and nothing else on the radar that I know of for the rest of the year.

Regardless of boxing, its worth it to have both HBO and Showtime to get True Detective, Homeland, Ray Donovan, Ballers, Shameless, Maher, etc etc plus all the movies and comedy specials. The boxing is just a bonus......

HBO still has good shows and movies. I have showtime for boxing and shameless. Who cares what channel it's on people act like they are working for PBC, top rank, GBP. If it's boxing I'm going to watch it !!!

I would never cancel HBO or Showtime. I would miss way to much boxing and other good shows as well. They are well worth what I pay for them to me.

To be honest, HBO usually goes dark for boxing in August and that is fine with me. In my social life I have far more to do when it's nice out and I would rather they wait until it's ****ty out (I live in Chicago, and that's pretty much Nov-March) to have a top notch fight to watch on Saturday night. I get more pissy about the usual lack of good fights in Jan-March than the summertime lull to be honest. But realistically, there are only so many big fights to make and I'd rather they happen when I am more likely to be around the house. And I agree with those who talk about dumping Showtime. If they don't have some good fights booked by the end of this season of "Ray Donovan", I might finally dump Showtime.

HBO has a crap Kovalev card next week and nothing else set up for at least a few weeks. Meanwhile PBC, love it or hate it, has quite a few cards set up during that time to fill the void Also True Detective sucks this season You still pay for all the pbc fights.

I wouldn't even cancel HBO if they stopped airing boxing. Yup. HBO boxing is best in the business, but even if they didnt have boxing, I'd have it for their original programming. Their shows are so far ahead of the competition it's unfair. I cancelled showtime months ago when Espinoza tried to defend Garcia/Salsa.

I only watch fights and it's becoming too easy to find good streams of any event i want even if it's some russian card at 3 in the morning once you get a hookup Not really sure why I still own a TV... probably ditching soon.. most of the stuff on there caters to lonely housewives and homos anyway

What good shows does Showtime have? Last show I watched was homeland and that lady cries to much for me, makes me want to crack her in the face, I gave up on that show after season 1, haven't watched another Showtime show since.

True Detective is fine this year. The first season wasn't making anyone do backflips after only 4 episodes either. I also think Ballers and Brink are great shows and well worth the time to watch. Add in Last Week Tonight and Bill Maher and Game of Thrones and it's well worth what little it costs. Boxing is just a bonus for me. Showtime is not even available in Canada but the few quality shows they have are shown on TMN here which is included in the same package as HBO.
