KELL BROOK is eyeing up an August 29th clash with Brandon Rios as he looks to raise his profile in America.
Brook, 29, cruised to a sixth-round stoppage win over British rival Frankie Gavin at the O2 Arena in London on Saturday to defend his IBF welterweight title..
He wants to face Khan next but the Bolton man has no interest in the clash.
So if Brook can't get him in the ring, he wants to beat him to the money-spinning Mayweather clash.

Absolute disgrace, and how the Brook bumsniffs are justifying this crap when their guy supposedly beats everyone at WW apart from Floyd.
Jo Jo Dan, Fun time Frankie, and now Bam Bam! Rios....
It's an absolute joke!
Brook bumsniffers claim he is no 2 in the division
:lol1:
Brook beating Rios won't prove sh__ . Nor will it move him any closer to a Mayweather fight. Brook needs to fight Keith Thurman, Tim Bradley, Maidana or even Broner.
Rios is just a come forward punching bag. Brook beating Rios won't give him anymore popularity or credentials (not in my eyes anyway), it will just decrease Rios' popularity after another loss

Brook, he is Pacs used good coming off of a loss to JMM. It was acceptable for Pac as he was coming off of a defeat to JMM. You've no excuse for fighting Pacs second hand goods.. Actually I think it would be entertaining seeing he might last a few rounds but is a bit of a goal keeper and someone who hits as hard as Brook might not see the distance.
Shane Mosleys a big name too. You should fight him next
shane mosley is mentally ill, that whooping Cano put on him where he made him **** his pants did numbers on him he literally never been the same since.
Rios is not a big name and there are better fights than Rios in my opinion. If they do fight, I got Brook possibly stopping Rios for the first time in his career in a late tko.
You're wrong. Rios IS a big name. He's not a particularly skilled boxer, he's far from the best, but that doesn't mean he is not a big name. I think you're getting big name mixed up with good fighter. They're two completely different concepts. Take Chavez Jr for example. I think we can all agree that Jr isn't a good boxer. He's extremely limited and there's an endless list of boxers who can beat him, but he is a big name. Same thing with Rios. People know who Rios is.

I agree, who's next after that? Alvarado!
