Amir khan is one of the most hated boxer on this forum. He is probably ranked there up with floyd mayweather when it comes to being hated on. Last night there was a sellout crowd in New York. Wherever Khan goes the arena is always a sellout. Whether people like it or not Khan is going to take the throne once floyd and manny retire. Khan has beaten multiple world champions in different weight categories and is proving himself to be an elite fighter. Last night he clearly won the fight. so stay salty my friends, the king is here to stay!
Khan has headlined in vegas vs maidana, judah, garcia, alexander and hasnt sold out the arena once. And tickets for last night you could get on 1iota for free and the barclays center was only opened to half capacity
load of bs right here. dont ever reply to any of my posts again.

Because he thinks he is good but he is a steaming pile of schit.
Yeah because a superstar runs an entire fight away from a guy with 8KOs and lets him look like Mike Tyson. :lol1: Khan got punked last night.
Lol Khan was backed up, pressured and clocked all night. You would think he was fighting some fierce puncher instead of an 8 KO having Algeiri.
lmaooo :lol1:
What's not to hate? I didn't wake up one morning and decide to hate Khan. He made me dislike him by the things he says and does. Yes he has lots of fans although I don't know why. Having lots of fans doesn't make Khan likeable or a real good fighter. He is neither. Kell Brook is both likeable and an excellent fighter. It's strange to me that Khan is more popular than Brook. If Khan ever gets the courage to fight Brook that will be the end of Khan as a superstar.

try again, lol
Khan has sold out from Sheffield through London to New York via Las Vegas, one of the few guys in recent British boxing history to do that. Not to mention he garnered some 6 million viewers on British national TV last time he boxed...in the middle of the night lol
Compare that to Frampton at 10pm.

The arena is not always a sell out. I was at khan-Judah and that b1tch was half empty at Mandalay bay. I know it was 4 years ago but it showed me he doesn't have many Brit fans

It's always a lose lose situation for Khan, damn if you do damn if you don't
If Algieri still used the same old back-footed technical style, Khan would have scored 120-108 and fans would be calling it a cherry-pick. But now that Algieri surprised everyone with a front-footed pressure style and troubled Khan for the first half, fans are dismissing Khan as a bum.
Fans keep on failing to understand, time and time again, that styles make fights. Khan will always have problems against front-footed pressure fighters (especially ones with longer reach and height), yet he always very easily beats back-footed technical fighters. That's just his style.
We will see what kind of numbers that Khan put up on Spike. If he really is a star than his numbers should crush everyone else that has fought on Spike.

Lol you been in a ring, the point is to hit and not get hit. His performance wasn't too good tho I agree.

Quit the bull crap! Sellout there was 7,000 on the Barclays hold more than twice that if there was the demand they would have opened it up! King of what playing spin the bottle?
