I'm sick of how blatantly biased commentary sways people's perceptions on here.

It happened with the Froch Groves 1 fight, the Mayweather Pacquiao fight and now with the Algieri Khan fight. Commentators deliberately downplay what the unfavoured guy is doing and imply the guy they're rooting for is doing everything right, it's fkking disgraceful. Algieri was backing Khan up all night long and landing the harder cleaner punches, Khan patty caked on Algieri's gloves and got dkrided by the commentators. Sick of it.. Khan has zero chance against Mayweather or Brook, Algieri made him do a two step for crying out loud, he hurt him on MULTIPLE occasions. I refuse to be swayed by commentators and their gay ass scorecards. Chris Algieri won this fight 8-4. This from one of the most bias, racist idiotic posters on here.

Biased ref, biased commentary, biased replays. Was obvious. And those two scorecards... lol. Biased ref I agree with... But the commentary? I thought tarver was making a case for algieri, especially with his body punches. I didn't hear much bias with that. Replays... I dunno. They went to commercial breaks a lot and I saw replays of CA's work. The ref was indeed horrible, imo

Watched the fight and saw there were some close rounds that could have been a coin toss, but overall I gave the fight to Kahn, even though he looked like ****. I am not sure how someone who has never met me believes that I was swayed by the judges, nor do I know why they would believe it about anyone else who they do not know.

I agree that the commentary was very biased and did not give enough respect toward Algeri. But that is the sport, they talk up the money guy and unfortunately that guy is Khan. Algeri looked much better in this fight than against Pacman but Khan look Mediocre. Interesting how people can call robbery with mayweather/pac but atleast in this fight their were two people fighting and one effectively being aggressive against a fighter being more defensive. Personally it was a mediocre performance from Khan, far from worthy of a Mayweather fight(which is what the commentary is pushing; directly or indirectly) and a far better performance from what was thought was a mediocre opponent.

You can try to think for yourself and not worry what others think. Just saying I do, but casuals make the bulk of boxing fans and commentary sways the majority viewer ships opinions on how the fight went.

The performance was not great but tbh i see the mayweather fight more likely now cuz of it. "hes walking forward doe, that must mean hes winning" Man GTFO he was walking forward and blocking most of Khan's patty cake BS, he stunned Khan on multiple occasions and landed the harder shots. khan did nothing more than algieri did to win this fight imo. the guys from boxnation were awful tonight. algieri walked him down and hurt him a few times, no wonder why khan choose him, a guy with average power could've taken him out of there
