Personally, I'm not interested in watching a 39 year old Mayweather fight a 37 year old Pacquiao coming off of shoulder surgery. I'll pass, time to move on imo.
In the context of being a one armed fighter Dweeb. He landed some good punches, many of them right hands, and yet people keep bringing up the one armed excuse, yourself included, when it's blatantly untrue that it affected his performance. He threw and landed more right hands after the fourth round than before it.
The comment, taken in context, is that he couldn't do anything because of Floyd's counters, timing, distance etc etc, not because he had an injured right arm that he couldn't use...obviously bull****.
So the comment stands, and the only people I've seen protest too much are those bringing up utterly absurd excuses, one after another, in a fight that was as clear as day. Pac lost because he wasn't able to outbox Floyd and wasn't able to force him into a brawl. There are no excuses for this fight, and yet all I've seen you do, and those that hate Floyd as you do, is spend all the time since desperately trying your darnedest to make sure some form of excuse fits because the simple fact that Floyd beat Pac easily without ever getting out of first gear seems to be unbearable for many of you. Makes no difference to me. It is what it is and I take it as such. It's you guys that can't.
The average score seems to be about 9-3. That's basically not doing anything, especially considering everything in the lead up to it. Frochs comments after the fight are very interesting don't you think?
Dweeb, Benny???

Well he won 4 rounds on two cards so he must have done something. You doth protest too much methinks.
Along with the casuals who only know two fighters.
Out of interest, why do you have Di Bella as your avy?

No Thank You! Results will be the same and the B1tching from the B1tches will be the same after the fight so NO!
I'm ready for the next generation starting with CANELO on Saturday, also my boy Frankie Gomez, also Omar Figueroa. Time to move on from Mayweather and Pacquiao ERA IMO I'm just TIRED OF IT! Mayweather take his Victory Lap in September vs who ever he wants it really doesn't matter he is the best in this ERA PERIOD. Time to start focusing on these young fighters working their asses off trying to make a name for themselves and who are Hungry
I don't care to see it. I was really hoping that once this fight finally happened we could move on and focus on the other young fighters. I'll buy it it they do again, and will shamelessly buy any other fight either probably puts on, but I wish they'd just retire and we could all move on.
They know the rematch will be an even more convincing Floyd win. Hell he had him figured out after 1 round.
Its over.
in the gif on your sig, do you think pbf won those because of his head shaking gesture? for sure pac connects on some of those.
Nah I don't think so. Not for $100, not for exorbitant ticket prices, not 4m+ PPV sales. I doubt this does more than Canelo #'s
Not on the same scale, but still lucrative.
Just to see #48 fans lose their minds some more? Why not.

Pacuiao has always been one of the easiest matchups for Floyd. Might be the easiest. I mean he is completely devoid of technical boxing ability.
All those angles we heard about? Useless.
The super footspeed we heard about? Useless.
Handspeed we heard about? Useless.
Awkward timing we heard about? Useless.
Pacquiao was COMPLETELY rendered INEFFECTIVE by Mayweather Jr. Hate him all you want noobs that was master class.
You people are just bitter you didnt get to see Floyd beat up so they play the "oh the fight is boring card". BLAME PACQUIAO BYTCH.
Don't get me wrong. I am not for the rematch. But I do believe there is more money to be had from this debacle before Pac is finally wrung dry. Floyd has even more leverage in a rematch to get a larger share, and Pac will be willing to accept the scraps that are thrown to him.
And the casuals, ever so fickle gullible..and forgetful. Will fall for it again about a year down the line once the hype train starts steaming again.

Public demand will be very low for a rematch. Even now there's no demand.

I wanted Manny to win but didn't think that would happen. I was more hoping for a clear and conclusive winner to put a stop to the constant debates between fans and the ongoing media speculation that has been happening since 2008.
We got a very clear and conclusive winner and it seems that the event as a whole has hurt boxing's image to casuals and on top of that, people are still debating it like a rematch would be any different. It wouldn't, Manny prob gets stopped late if they did this again. I just want to check a boxing website for once and see that it's not dominated with headlines re this fight. I was hoping the nature of Floyd's win would potentially fizzle this out but it seems to have made it worse. If Manny took the loss better and talked of moving on, none of this would've happened. At this stage he seems like a sore loser begging for another payday (which is more disappointing than his performance on the night). Don't give it to him, so Manny, Floyd and the rest of us fans can move on.
Of course there has to be a rematch, and its not even a case if people want to see it, which they do. Its a case of we waited 6 years for it, and for it to be as controversial as it is, you cant have it ending like that.
Floyd dont want to be known to have beat a handicapped Pac. He will regret it if he dont rematch Pac and beat him fair and square.
Floyd did beat Pac fair and square. If Manny really did show up injured then that's Manny's fault. Their both responsible to show up at their best with no excuses otherwise don't show up at all. At the elite level training camp is part of the equation. Floyd not only should to be the superior fighter, but the more professional by his preparation of being ready. Anyway you slice it, Floyd on May 2nd proved to be the better man. Now Floyd said he would give Manny a rematch so we just waiting on Manny to get his ***** together and step up with $itch excuses. If anyone is to blame it's Manny. Floyd came ready to lay Pac an L.
