Terrence Crawford would beat Lucas Matthysse

I think so tbh, but I doubt it'll be easy. It's pretty much 50-50.

It's an interesting fight. I disagree strongly with those saying Lucas walks through him. Lucas does not do that when faced with a boxer, we've seen that three times already. He'll wait and wait for perfect openings instead of taking what's available like a true pressure fighter would. I'd lean towards Crawford. I think he's better than the likes of Alexander or Garcia. The big unknown is Crawford's chin at that level.

Crawford would beat Matthysse easier than Garcia did. Crawford will beat Broner easier than Maidana did... :)

Love this fight and I think it depends entirely on how good of a shot Crawford can take.

Crawford, fight's on an elite level. Range timing speed, at this point, he's more complete. I think Lucas would be in over his head.

Stop saying this. Judah had his case for winning but that fight was more about Luca's inexperience and gameplan mistake than not being able to beat Judah, and most people had Lucas winning. And he clearly beat Alexander, there's no argument about that. if you just freebased crack cocaine perhaps but yea he did nothing in that fight. he moved around and threw a jab that didn't even connect. i guess that is outboxing? he did like 5 times less than peterson against garcia in the early rounds.

I think Crawford can beat anybody at 140 to be honest. Multi-Dimensional Boxer, I'm watching this dude whip ass multiple ways, either by KO or putting on a boxing clinic. He can counter, he can come forward, he can work inside, he can work outside off of his backfoot so yes Crawford is going to be a PROBLEM for everybody at 140 As for Matthysse, after that War he deserves a long break, probably shouldn't return until the end of the year to let himself recover, those are fights you win but that takes years off of you. So I would love for him to recover after that War and comeback 100% before they do that fight.

This fight needs to happen. Matthysse is vastly outskilled, but he always prefers chasing guys like Crawford, Crawford's defense isn't good enough to avoid him all 12 rounds, and we'll find out about him at 140 for real. Great fight.
