Anyone like this fight? Tough titty if you don't as it's being talked about for the summer.
Chisora probably stops Price. It is an OK fight. Price is really nothing but a huge can.
War Chisora!
One of the best gate keepers in the business.
Smash that lanky chinny idiot back to the basketball court and force that Lennox Lewis to train a REAL prospect! :lol1:
Just to confirm Chisora has tweeted that this fight is defo on for the summer. Didn't see it on front page
Edit: Saying that his tweet wasn't as definite as I thought at first. He just says "I will fight David Price in Liverpool"
It's a real pick em fight.
Price could definitely knock Chisora out.
But Fury is a much better boxer than Price and I believe the Helenius that Chisora beat was both better and an equally hard puncher too so a Chisora victory is equally likely.
Depends on the quality each one shows up with on the day.
50/50
Will be a tense and good fight though.
Somebody is getting knocked out imo.
This is a good fight. Price is on the comeback trail and Chisora is still a contender/top gatekeeper. Before Fury beat Chisora last year, Derick had been a solid win streak against decent competition, he looked like he was getting back to top form. The problem with the Fury-Chisora fight is that fight was postponed so many times - it was probably hard for both fighters to get motivated and focused, again, again and again.
If Chisora gets motivated for this fight, he could easily take the fight to Price and get the TKO/KO
A definite cross-roads fight for both fighters.
How much Chisora has left in the tank is a big factor. I would of expected him to swarm Price and overwhelm him...but if he's un-motivated, who know, Price always has a punchers chance.
Chisora will smash him up. Del isnt a bad foghter but the new and careful Fury is a stylistic nightmare for smaller heavyweights. I'd like to see Chisora Stiverne tbh
It's a great fight I think! A logical fight, and one I could see coming. Price will see Chisora as a good name on his resume, battleworn, beatable and the next step in going back in there against the top 10 heavyweights, which Thompson was when he beat Price (and probably still is).
Chisora will see Price as his way back to being involved in the huge fights, vulnerable and capable of being worn down & stopped.
Tough one to call, although at this stage I'd have to go for Price. He looks to have mentally recovered from his disastrous 2013 and he has that right-hand equalizer. I'm not sure at this juncture in his career that Chisora has the capability to put it on Price to the level needed to get the win.
Having said this, if Chisora shows up focussed and in great condition it's a winnable fight for sure :haha:
Price is like a rabbit in the headlights when he's put on the back foot. It depends what Chisora has left..a motivated & fit Chisora should get Price out of there early
