Stevenson isn't on the list so no Floyd Mayweather spent last year fighting Maidana who was/never will be anywhere near pound for pound and he is still number one. Bradley has just drawn with Chavez, no big legitimate wins at his weight class, Golovkin no big wins, Kovalev is close but Pascal is a step down from Stevenson, Marquez is on steroids, why not Bika?
