everyone picks wrong now and then and pac-cotto was a fight were opinions were largely divided. as is the case for may-pac, both guys are such great fighters you cant be mad at anyone for picking either guy. thats what makes a great fight and why people wanted it so badly.

Agreed you take a guy like Pacquiao or Duran, their boxing fundamentals are rooted to the core with attacking and destroying. People don't want to give Pacquiao the credit for his unorthodox style yet, but in the test of time we will see just how much Manny will influence the boxing world. Most conventional boxers like Floyd, De la Hoya, Judah, Canelo and many more learn to fight from the ground up by learning the basics of how to be a boxer. Guys like Pacquiao and Duran, their styles evolved from learning how to fight and be better at fighting with gloves in a ring. Very simple and straight forward for guys who were brought up in this fashion. They haven't learned from a teacher, they have learned from experience and have proved themselves in their climb to the top. Make no mistake Floyd has not fought somebody with the combination of power, efficient sustained aggression, speed, and as unorthodox as Pacquiao. With Pacquiao it is all about movement, footwork, and attacking accordingly. Not sitting back in cruise control and looking for holes in the aggressors defense to exploit and pot shot like Floyd. If Pac wins I think it will be the difference of his aggressive, tricky and unpredictable footwork getting in on the inside.
