There have been VERY controversial decisions in the past, involving these two fighters.
I mean fights like Castillo-Floyd I, all the Pac-Marquez series except the 4th, Pac-Bradley I, Floyd-Canelo.
Most people who are not biased towards Pac or Canelo, will admit that some of the scores in the mentioned fights were simply way off, from what could have been a fair scoring. In the last fight I mentioned, one of the scorecards was totally off, but it didn't affect who the winner was, yet it made it look like it was a competitive fight when it really wasn't.
Having mentioned the above, please do make your pick and vote!!!
I would've said Floyd but he didn't really get many favors against Maidana, Canelo and Guerrero on the cards. There were draws on cards in two of those fights which weren't really warranted.
It's more the refereeing that tends to go his way.
This right here, he loved the way bayless did not let Maidana fight on the inside against him and pretty much favored mayweather over maidana in everything. Thats why bayless is the ref this time around too.
I wish weeks was the ref lol, mayweather was crying and pleading to weeks that he cant see and thats why its okay for him to hold on lol.
Mayweather is walking into the fight down 1.5-2 rounds right off the bat.. The crowd will and does influence the judges and the betting trends alone tell you who the public wants to win... If the fight is DEAD even PAC takes it and I wouldn't even be upset.
In my eyes Mayweather should beat him by several rounds, wether it's easy work a what I'm not sure of... But if PAC legit WINS 6 rounds LANDING clean punches he deserves and WILL get the win...
Floyd shouldn't ALLOW it to even be that close.
I thoroughly agree with this post 100%.
If this fight is close as in a draw, then Pacquiao deserves the win. Floyd should win this fight at least 11 rounds. I would not be upset if the nod goes to Pacquiao if he even legit wins 5 rounds in this fight. It should not even be that close.
I'd say Pacquiao. If you saw Maidana, Guerrero, Alvarez fights every close round judges gave to Floyd's opponent. No way Ghost won 3 rounds or Saul 4 rounds or Maidana 5 rounds at rematch. The last fight when every judge was right it's Cotto fight. And Floyd will be concidered like evil and Pacman like a good guy.If Floyd would win the fight clearly around 8-4 i'd say it's gonna be MD or even SD on cards.
What the fuk is so hard to understand about the casinos most likely paying off that female judge in the Canelo bout to score it a draw so the casinos win BIG because Floyd winning by UD is what 99.99% of people would have bet on.
Holy fuk some of you are borderline retarded.
Floyd returns UD decisions all the time. Put your tin foil hat away.
crowd will be pro pac, so pac has the edge
Won't influence the judges, especially not in Las Vegas at the MGM... There is literally no way Pac gets the decision unless he CLEARLY(like overwhelmingly) wins on points or gets a KO... You might think that because of the possibility of a rematch they'll screw over Floyd, but it won't happen... There WILL be a rematch but it will be with Floyd being the A side and doing his drama queen bit again... bank on it.

If its a close fight I see Pacquiao getting the nod. Everything he does will cause the crowd to erupt and that can sway the judges big time. If he rocks Floyd once the crowd will go wild.
I said for years one of the reasons Floyd avoided the fight is he got the benefit of a gift decision in the first Corrales fight because he was the connected fighter with Top Rank. He knew what could happen if he was on the other side. Haymon is powerful, but Arum has been getting his guys decisions for decades. Hell Floyd got a split decision in the Canelo fight, in a close fight with a more popular fighter what do you think will happen.

I have a feeling in my gut that this could really well be the first time ever that the Michigan native get's robbed. I could see the judges giving the Filipino bombshell the edge solely off his workrate.
Whoever wins on May 2 it's going to be a split decision. Mark my words.
