Why cant the GGG fanboys accept that he has flaws?

We are not fanboys. We are fans of a great fighter who just knocked out a very good fighter for his 19th KO in a row. GGG isn't perfect but I rate him as the best pfp fighter in the world. He was a 38 to 1 betting favorite over a very good highly regarded Martin Murray. So the bookies think he is the best and they judge fighters for a living. Many of the guys he knocked out have NEVER been knocked out before. You can trash him all you want but I enjoy being a fan of the best fighter in the world.

You cant even mention that his defense is leaky or that he is slow without some ****rider jumping in and saying his defense is great or against Murray tonight that he got hit on purpose hahahahaha. WTF Murray isn't that good. Hes a solid Middleweight but he hit GGG at will and smothered him and used footwork against him at times quite well. GGG is good but nowhere near as good as fanboys make out. These Toney vs GGG threads and Jones Jr vs GGG threads are hilarious. Hes dominating a poor division. Hes slow and his D is leaky. Hes very good but hes not ATG or no unbeatable beast. Wht I can't understand is y everyone says he's the best , cuz he's undefeated? Let me ask these GGG fans a question? Ya say he has an iron chin , but wht fighter, who has real punching power , has he been in with in order to prove tht? Ya say his, defense is good , but he's been hit alot in fights but the opponents he's fought haven't been real punchers , he hasn't faced anyone with speed or anyone who has crisp punches , i understand he will always have a punchers chance I'll give him tht but don't jump on it like he's fought all the greats and been in deep waters cuz he hasn't been there yet , ya want Cotto to fight him, but u think thts gonna happen at 159 if Cotto is the A side fighter ? And wht I saw tonight , if Cotto lands shots the way Murray did, and he will , I see GGG in a world of trouble , although GGG may have a size advantage and he is the fresher fighter (meaning he's never been hit with plasters of Paris for 11 rounds) , he doesn't have a chance to bear Cotto but i think Cotto will be too fast and has more punching power than any of GGG'S previous opponents, i guess only time will tell but if he beats Cotto then tht will bring his level up higher , until then let's calm down with this indestructible crap ! Lol

So an offensive come forward fighter gets hit once in a while.. Oh my, that's unheard of... Every fighter has flaws, it's up to the other guy to expose and take advantage of them. Nobody has been able to with GGG.. If some of these higher profile guys decide to grow a pair and fight him then maybe we'll see it happen..

I definitely see that he lacks speed and he's got a huge hole for the overhand right. Ward UD and I'm not at all sure about a Froch fight. But he's starting to win me over big after Geale and Murray. I was a big doubter but I'm getting won over I won't front. I thought those two in particular were going to be a lot more trouble than they were.

So why hype the guy if he has not fought world class opposition? So now its ok to take that type of punishment even if the guy is a weak puncher? How about parrying some punches, head movement? The is solid, but not worthy of this hype. Lets see how he fares against top tier comp. Do you honestly not understand how much he actually parries? People say he gets hit so much but when you see him at the end of the fight he hardly looks touched. People said Stevens hit him plenty of times and then when you see him in the post-fight interview, it looks like he wasn't even in a fight. He doesn't get hit clean as much as you think.

In the first two rounds I didn't like what I was seeing but that was mainly because Golovkin was feeling him out. I was beginning to think Golovkin was easy to hold. After that he didn't let Murray tie him up as easily, I liked how he even used his head to stop Murray from doing it. Honestly, it's one of those fights where Golovkin was going through the motions and didn't respect Murray's fight game. I mean he literally let Murray get off, where as against Stevens he was far more responsible.

GGG is a solid fighter, fun to watch. Personally, if GGG faces the Ward we are used to seeing and Ward has not aged or hindered when he comes back, I'd favor Ward by decision. That's just my take.

Every fighter has flaws, the question at this point is, can anyone withstand his onslaught to capitalize on them? The answer is no, atleast not at mw. Cotto can punch but would not be able to last five rounds, same with quillen, hell he won't even fight him. Murray is very good and is probably the toughest guy within 3 divisions. If this fight showed anything it's that golovkins stamina is incredible.

There's no perfect fighter. Of course he's going to get hit. It's a fight. But he took Murray's best shots and put him down. That's what great fighters do.

He has little defense, this has been known for a while/ His defense is a combination of a good chin and a division full of weak punchers. No one at 160 is ever going to really make him pay for it. No top fighter there can punch, and those C fighters who can like Rubio, Stevens, Lemieux are not skilled or tough enough for even B level fighters. GGG's chin is very good, and it would show even at 168. But at 160 it's basically exaggerated because of the weak punchers there.

The truth comes out when Froch or some other SMW boxer wants the fight and his team turns it down. Froch already said he's not looking to fight Golovkin. There were apparently some preliminary discussions about it that never went anywhere.
