I've been negative towards floyd. Officially want to get this off my chest.

I love this sport. Boxing is truly one of my passions and there is no other sport on this planet that compares to boxing in my eyes. Not soccer,nfl,mlb even nba. I truly am in love with this sport and for five plus years I've waited and have basically prayed to see that one fight floyd manyweather vs manny pacquiao. Like many others I grew restless and angry when the fight never happend. I based my own opinon on the fact that the fight was not happining on mayweather. In my eyes floyd was at fault. I called him a coward and said he was scared to fight manny. I literally grew hatred in my heart towards mayweather because I truly believed he was scared of manny. On this day I admit That I was wrong. I was truly wrong in calling floyd a coward and saying he was scared. He was not. No matter how much I mite not agree with Floyd's life style choices. I can not take the fact away from him that he wants to fight manny and he wants to prove to the world that he truly is the p4p best. Thank you floyd from a big time boxing fan in making this fight happen. Best of luck to you. You are and all time great.........but being honest I hope and pray manny kicks ure ass on May 2nd.:hail::notworthy:boxing:

The excuses are starting to rill off the tongues in defense of Manny's loss. Keep'em coming. . I could really care less as I am not a Manny or Floyd fan. But its fun watching Floyd's uneducated fanbase continue to make fools of themselves and be oblivious to logical or critical thinking.

So, we're just gonna act like Showtime didn't swing their boss status at Floyd and make him take this fight? Its pretty obvious they weren't having it any other way. They need to recoup on their investment, and this will get some of that money back.

Floyds defensive style ages better than Mannys. Plus Floyd took almost 2 1/2 years off while Manny was still fighting. From the end of 2007 to fall of 2009. And then again after the mosley fight in 2010 until fall of 2011 (when he fought all of four rounds before sucker punching victor ****ing ortiz) The excuses are starting to rill off the tongues in defense of Manny's loss. Floyd is still a punk fraud. Nothing changes. If it wasn't for Leslie moonves this fight wouldn't have happened. People seem to forget that it was Leslie who had to step in and tell Floyd to quit being a coward for once. Thank you Leslie moonves you are the person we should all appreciate right now! Floyd has nowhere to run now. He'll lose that precious 0 and retire in shame. Yep...Leslie Moonves aka. Floyd's boss... simply gave Floyd no choice. I don't think they would have signed off on any other fight but Floyd-PAC.

Regardless of who wins or loses; a hard fought and competitive fight will not hurt the legacy of either fighter. In addition, they'll both make a ton of money. I don't see a downside. Agreed... No shame in losing to a future hall of famer & alltime great...cuz that's what both these guys r... However, Floyd's legacy will take a hit if he comes up short....A win gives him more ammunition to back up his TBE claim, a loss essentially kills all that talk... I don't think a loss hurts Manny one bit...cuz at the end of the day he's supposed to lose...I don't even think the majority of Pac's diehards REALLY believe he'll win...but like most others they believe if there's anyone who could beat Floyd that Manny has the best chance to do it...A win only reinforces his current position as one of the top 3 fighters of his era but it won't elevate him past the likes of Leonard, Duran or Hearns...

It is a opportunity to Write a Dream Ending to a Great Career. He will be reminded of all that during his Camp I'm sure.
