So with specifics looming over the date.
If the fight that the world wants to see takes place.
What happens on the undercard, in a perfect world Canelo Vs Cotto would be the PERFECT event to undercard the biggest fight in history, but that's not gonn happen, plus Canelo has moved on to Kirkland.
Do you think this even will be the average undercard, or one of the worst ever.
I know some of you are gonna say "who cares about the undercard"
I think with so much money being TIED up, no way any big names can be paid to be on the under card.

Absolute **** card is my prediction, quite possibly the worst undercard on a US boxing PPV in the history of boxing PPVs. And I'm not just saying that to be defeatist but the facts are there, how many top "names" in boxing have actually fought with a good undercard in the last 10 years?
Gone are the days of Leonard/Hearns/Hagler fighting on the same card or Naz/Eubank in the 90s. PPVs are nothing but a money grab now.
I'm thinking maybe one other really good fight and then two other fights where its guys from Mayweather's team vs Mexican fighters.
It really don't matter because people are going to buy it regardless, but since they are probably gonna charge more for this then a normal payperview, we have a chance of at least one other good fight.
They can put 6 Mexican day laborers to face each other and it will not impact ppv sales. The boxing world has been waiting 6yrs for this fight. I don't see anyone not buying it due to a poor undercard. They know this too, so don't expect a great undercard.

Mickey Bey vs the always tough TBA
J'Leon Love vs Rogelio Medina II
I don't even want a undercard. Just get the damn fight over with already. I hope it happens tomorrow. **** promotion and training camp. It's been promoted since 2009 and they've had 6 years to study and prepare.
since its gonna be on a mexican holiday, Im expecting some Mexican fighters on the undercard. Is it possible we get the gonzales vs estrada rematch. since they flyweights, i know they might get paid less. Or mikey garcia against some one he can look good against.
what if rigo vs santa cruz is on it? just saw a vid on youtube where the guy claimed it was being discussed as a possibility.
yea i think everyone agrees that should be on there along with one more high level matchup!! they gave us a treat with the canelo card even though it didnt impress but you never know what the outcome will be! this card HAS to be stacked its the biggest showcase for boxing in history
I think they will put on good fighters but I think there may be only 1 solid fight with the other 2 showcase types.
I can see spending the money to put a name guy on the card I can't see spending money on the opponent since it will be large casual audience they could beat up anyone with a glossy record and be fine.
Think they're going to stack it.
And it'll with Haymon & TMT fighters. I'd be suprised if TR or any other promo company is shown any love.
When Canelo / May happend it was cool but when they announces Garcia / Matthysse it was icing on the cake and for me made it a must watch.
Plus it seems every Mayweather PPV there's the token TMT fighter going for the fourth spot
Love / Rosado
Smith / Molina
Love / Periban ( I think )
Bey / Vasquez
Pac/May
LSC/Rigo
Matthyse/Provo
Do IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They would be accused of dumping...
(Not to mention that people would expect cards at the same level in the future -- which would bring promoters to ruin...)
If we get Floyd/Pac then i will appreciate any fights they put on the undercard, will be hyped up all the time no matter who is fighting, if they put up all the matchups we'd like to see like Rigo/LSC, Lucas/Prov then the months after May will be really really bad. I prefer a good mainevent once every weekend more than a kickass card once a month.
honestly, with all the money going to Floyd and Manny, dont expect anything for the undercard...they might as well just pay some midgets to wrestle
After they pay Floyd and Manny, the midget wrestling would be 100 times better then anything they could afford to put on the undercard.

Thats my thought.
With Mayweather, Pacquiao making that much money, I fail to see how there's enough for ANYONE with a notable name on the undercard.
At most they might have 1-3 million to spare.

lol that'd be funny as hell. two guys making way over 50 million with a max undercard budget of 4 mill.
