Lomachenko VS. Walters fight might happen october

At this point I have to go with Walters. But if during this year, Vasyl fights 2 more times and wins with major improvement, i can see this fight as 50/50. might as well travel to US to watch it

This could be a bad matchup for Walters! Lomachenko is a master craftsman in the ring. Body punching is punishing. Gary Russell was only in that fight for the 1st minute before Loma lowered the boom on him. Let's hope this this fight can happen maybe 2016. Let Walters defend his title, let Walters progress so we can see this to be a more competitive battle in 2016..... Would like to see Lomachenko fight guys like Rigo., & Gonzalez. Would like to see Walters against guys like Mares, & Santacruz. :boxing::boxing:

Well it looks like Lomachenko is fighting at the MSG on the Klitchko-Jennings undercard and Walters is going to fight in Omaha on the Terence Crawford undercard so hopefully we get this fight by the end of the year I see Loma out boxing Walters and stopping him around 9-10 round

I'd like to see both of them have two more fights before facing one another. This collision has mega-fight potential, but right now it's limited to just hardcore fans. Walters looks set to be fighting Vetyeka, and Lomo likely fight Gamalier Rodriguez and maybe Selby after that if he beats Gradovich. Too bad Gonzalez wants to focus on fighting Haymon fighers, and that Cuellar is with Al.

I think I need this fight to replenish my enthusiasm for the sport.

Walters has been down a couple of times, can't find footage of it. He's a monster though. I think Lomachenko schools him easily.

Walters will probably win, but this will be a very good fight, I hope it happens. I hope Lomachenko wins, his resume will be the best ever for such a short amount of fights.

That's a hell of a fight. I'm sure it will happen unless one of them trips up along the way.

It wouldn't surprise me if HBO demanded or pressured Arum to make this fight. If HBO is going to have a snowball's chance in hell of competing against the fights and ratings being offered by Haymon on network television, they can't feature these two guys in separate fights on the same card with journeymen to promote an upcoming fight between the two as HBO has commonly done in the past. So they will force Arum to step up the quality of competition his fights face if they are going to appear on HBO. Haymon's actions will have a ripple effect throughout boxing that will benefits both the fighters and the fans. Lol, wishful Haymon hugger thinking. HBO doesn't even need boxing...at all. They make enough from Game of Thrones subscriptions that they don't even need one boxing program for the remainder of year. If anyone does pressuring for Walters, it's Loma himself, pressuring Arum like he did for Salido. The only thing Haymon is doing is setting up a huge bottleneck for the fighters in his stable. If you want to fight good fighters and fight often? Too bad, you have to wait in line for the hype jobs to get their piece of the pie first, then you get your table scraps.

who is the lineal fw champ.... if they fight they should be crowed the lineal champ... would truly be the best at 126 Wouldn't Walters be the lineal champ already? I was under the impression Donaire won the lineage by beating Vetyeka, who had previously defeated the reigning champ Chris John.
