Why is anyone talkin' ish about legitmacy, from Hollywood fighters to bums like Audley Harrison blatantly taking a dive after Haye said "now" and threw a half-hearted punch. Give me a break This fight is legit and should be watched by all. If Cormier can make it a grinding, close and ugly fight, he can pull the upset. If he allows Jon Jones to stay on the outside and pick him apart with his superior stand up game, he's done.

Jon jones is a truly great fighter.. Easily one of the top 5 guys ever But Cormier is the black fedor, and is gonna daddy jones... Cormier is a monster and I think he dominates jones, especially on the ground

I'm a hardcore boxing fan but I watch MMA and yes as bigger boxing fan I am jealous at how easily the mega fights happen in MMA. In boxing I don't even expect the mega fights to happen because I know 90% of the time it won't. In MMA the best fight the best. Bones vs DC is one of the biggest fights in MMA history. I can't wait to see how that unfolds. I have to give the slight edge to jones as he is the champ but man DC is a beast.

This fight has about a 0 % chance of living up to the hype. All of Jones fight live up to the hype. He's probably been in one boring fight, and that was because the other fighter started fighting scared. Rashad Evans. Jon Jones isn't undefeated, he lost to Matt Hamill. I predict this will be a boring fight two good wrestlers trying to take each other down for 5 rounds. The only UFC fight I am looking forward to is Anderson Silva vs Nick Diaz. Looking forward to this fight, but man the undercard is crap, what in the hell happened to the stacked cards of yesterday? I understand that they are spreading their roster pretty thin because of the number of events they are having, but they should save some decent fights for PPV cards. Reason why I haven't bought a UFC card in a long time.

I never understood why some boxing fans cannot stand mma at all, come on, it's ****ing fighting! Sure you have some boring ass lay and pray guys like clay guida, but you also have monsters like aldo, Jr and showtime pettis who are like ninjas Thankfully, the ufc has realized their ppvs were mostly ****ty this year and are actually coming up with good cards the next three months or so and it starts this saturday Anyway, I've said that Cormier would defeat Jones back when rumors first started of him dropping to 205 so I have to back him. I had gus winning clearly It was a close fight and I don't get too upset when someone says Gus won but I have JB winning I think 1,4, and 5. Oddly enough if he didn't score that late elbow in the 4th he DEFINITELY would have lost that fight. He was losing that entire round right until that elbow and subsequent onslaught of offense.

This is pretty much as big as a grudge match can get. Jon Jones is gifted by God himself. There is a difference between talent and god gifted. I have Jones taking this one.

I've been pumped for awhile. Cormier is pure brute strength with above average wrestling skills. Jones is just all class with this standup game. Cormier has to get inside and make it an unwatchable and ugly fight to win.
