I don't like all this A-side, B-side talk. I do think Floyd's numbers and undefeated record warrant 60-40 but he is not in the position to just dictate terms without a negotiation. It's a super fight for a reason, even casual fans want to see the two of them in the ring TOGETHER. They generate far less money when they fight other opponents. For that reason alone, it is illogical to say that one guy deserves FAR more than the other guy.

With all this talk about A-side and B-side. What Floyd has to understand that he was MUCH less of a star and attraction when he faced Oscar than Pac is now. He had to bend to Oscar's ever demand in order to become the break thru star he is today. Pac has already become a break thru star. Should Floyd get a bigger split? Sure. Without a doubt. The stall has been Floyd from day one. I don't know how poeple don't get this. Something about Pacquiao has always had him shook. Pac used to deserve 50/50 when he was P4P #1 but now 60/40 is about right. If the fight ever gets made, I will be surprised.

You are right. Pac did say he couldn't test within 30 days because it would drain him and make him weak. Then that video surfaced of him being tested (not for steroids) inside of 30 days and then he said ok I can be tested inside of 30 days. So is that not a lie or he just forgot that he was tested inside of 30 days before? Look I don't have dog in this race I think both sides messed this fight up and they both share the blame for it not happening in different ways. Kuyut...whatever so that proves he is a liar? Floyd said two things in the video which trump everything ever said on this website or by a boxing blogger or journalist about Floyd being scared of Pacquaio, about Floyd ducking Pac and about Floyd wanting to get the majority of the money and control the terms. He said that, when he asked for random drug tests during negotiations for their first fight, Pacquaio's team wanted to know when the USADA staff would show up to do the drug tests If you are clean, you don't need to know when a drug test will be scheduled. That tells me that Pac was definitely taking PEDs. The second thing was that Floyd said near the end that he had people who worked in Pacquaio's camp working for him now and he (Floyd) knows (because Pac former team members told him) how much the checks were that Pacquaio was receiving. In other words, Floyd is saying the same thing that I have been saying for years. Bob Arum has not been paying Pacquaio $20 to $25 million per fight in guranteed money like Arum claims. Floyd stated several months ago that, according to Pac's former conditioning coach, Pac's biggest check was $7 million. This is one of the reason why Mayweather is playing hardball in negotiations in refusing to pay Pac 40 per 50 percent of the money. The bold is bull!! What Manny is paid should not matter to Floyd or be his concern. Floyd should have a number in his head as to what he wants as his guarantee. As long as that number is met what business is it of Floyd's how much Manny is getting? Its not like just because Floyd will take X and Manny gets X amount less than him the remaining money will just go to Floyd purse for the fight. Manny shouldn't get 50% of the ppv revenue and everybody haters and fans alike have said that. I actually think promotion is the hold up. With Floyd not wanting Arum to have any say so or top rank banners/advertisments and arum is not going for it.
