Ignorance like this is one reason why we still have racism in this world. Not all whites were oppressors. What about the roughly 365,000 whites who died (and over 200,000 were wounded) fighting for the North in the Civil War? What about the whites who fought, and sometimes died, for blacks to have Civil Rights? Do their descendants deserve the stigma people like you say they deserve? To stereotype all whites in as oppressors of people of color is no better than to stereotype all blacks as ghetto thugs on welfare who commit crimes and have loads of kids out of wedlock with different fathers. There has been a lot of forgiveness between blacks and whites over the years. If a white fighter turned to a black commentator and said that it would be all over the news and the guys career would be over. Talk about a double standard. Black people can be proud to be black, Chinese can be proud to be Chinese, Mexicans can be proud to be Mexicans, Jews can be proud to be jewish, but a white man isn't aloud to be proud of being white or european!
