That's true, what would have happened if a stoppage occurred during the time slot where the bell should have been wrung? That would have been messed up.. And the sad thing is I see them messing up the clock about 3 times a year at least.. This happens way too often, and should never really happen at all.. How hard is it to time for 3 mins, then 1 min, then 3 min, and so on.. It's not rocket science
