andre dirrell had insane talent. speed, size, and great snap on his punches. he's proof that you need more than talent to make it in pro boxing. you need hometown judging. see the froch fight.

Big difference. weight loss drugs are performance enhancers. they allow you to get to weight classes that you regularly couldn't get to, and fight smaller guys than yourself. they're also used as diuretics, which make you piss and **** out the PEDs that are in your system. you're just mad that andre ward's little brother beat the brakes off of the best fighter in your hero's stable.

What kind of name is Pedro or Pablo? Does it really matter? Nice try but Pedro and Pablo are traditional Spanish names. J'Leon is not so much a traditional name in any culture. So it's not so far fetched to call it a weird name.

I always felt that Dirrell could have beaten Ward, guy had insane potential.

JLeon is pretty entertaining to be honest. He's out there with his chin exposed so anything can happen.

I watched again and honestly that's the worse beating I've seen in sparring. It's like Dirrell went out of his way to embarrass Love in front of his own stable.

Andre Dirrell is one of the biggest wastes of talent in recent memory. He has everything you could want in a fighter except desire and mental toughness. This ^. Andre was/is a fantastic talent, but just didn't seem to have the right mentality for the sport. I'm not sure about Anthony yet, but the Bika fight didn't inspire confidence. J'Leon Love? I just don't think the guy's very good. He's got just about passable talent and was way overblown at MW.At super-middle he'll never be more than... meh.

But I guess whenever someone's talking about anything with the slightest connection to Floyd they must be subconsciously talking about Floyd.

Makes me sick when fighters want to be fighters but won't get into the ring. Sometimes it is contract or promoter problems but it often ruins the fighter. Especially with a guy like Andre dirrell, who seemed to be a super talented fighter.. Same goes for mike jones, who hasn't fought since Randall Bailey ko him on the manny-Bradley 1 undercard
