The Mayweather/Maidana rivalry proves Floyd is a warrior!

yeah he did prove himself. yeah maidana was still the aggressor but floyd stood his ground for the most part, took some big shots. enjoyed them fights a lot, even the 2nd one i thought was pretty close. i wish i was on nsb around that time cause i was saying to everyone that the best way to give floyd problems is to get stuck into him from round number 1 and pay him no respect; the hipster crew would have called me an idiot and maidana would have then proven me correct. Me and a couple other cats were here for it all and while we caught heat leading up to the fight, we got the respect post fight. Similar with the Broner fight, that was on another level though obviously.

Maidana took Mayweather to a dark place. Mayweather tried to quit. Fighting Maidana will show you where your heart is at.

And money is what matters, he can live very comfortably for the rest of his life. You're talking about a guy who's gotten into mud-slinging contests over radio shows, lashed out commentators during post-fight interviews, broken down in floods of tears at press conferences, launched into full-scale public rants - all because of the slightest hint of criticism. Floyd simply can't win.... If he didn't rematch Maidana, he'd be ducking the guy who gave him more issues and came closer to beating him than anyone other than Castillo. And if he does rematch him, hes recycling a fighter he already beat. This rematch is good and fine. The fight was close but clear Floyd win. Maidana deserved a rematch though, especially given Floyds lack of options for this fight. Your line is to defend Floyd at all costs. Floyd could of at the very least given Maidana the right to wear his preferred punchers gloves. As I mentioned in the previous posts, Floyd's team will make sure that everyone gets on board with "FLOYD's RULEs" ....

When manny is left out of the options, I do give him credit for taking this rematch and I look forward to it, mostly because I expect Floyd to live up to his words and box this time. But honestly I think it's going to be sorta like the same. so yes and no.

Guys get real and move on. Mayweather is done and over with, and retired. He is fighting just for fun and some more money. What's the point of risking your life when you are already rich? Maidana, easy for him, no question, even if Floyd loses, no big deal. Yes all variables favor Floyd, but the reason Maidana makes a good fight is that he doesn't give a fuck. I'm a Floyd fan, but I left the movie theater in May feeling like Floyd lost. And that was a Maidana coming off an 8 week training camp following the birth of his second child. This Maidana has been anticipating this rematch since the moment the first fight ended. Sure, if Mayweather can move like he was able to in 2002, this fight shouldn't be close. But Floyd isn't capable of that anymore. I am ready for the test of Mayweather's career. Father Time does not discriminate. Or maybe Floyd wipes him out. Who knows. Even if Maidana doesn't give a F$ck, the ref will make sure that it will cost him big time THIS TIME. That is part of my point. Maidana will need to be squeaky clean while Floyd will do his usual elbowing to the face and so on. Go check out the Hatton fight. Floyd held Hatton like crazy and gave Hatton so many elbows to the face and was never deducted a point. Hatton was deducted incorrectly a point when Floyd turned his back on Hatton and where Hatton hit the top ropes of the ring not Floyd's back of the head.
